بررسی تاثیر ساختار سازمانی بر راهبرد رقابتی شرکت ارتباطات زیرساخت با رویکرد منبع‌محوری

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر ابعاد ساختار سازمانی بر راهبرد رقابتی است. این پژوهش، از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر ماهیت توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان شرکت ارتباطات زیرساخت می‌باشد که تعداد آنها برابر با 420 نفر است. از بین جامعه آماری بر اساس جدول تعیین حجم نمونه کرجسی و مورگان تعداد 201 نفر به­ عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت انتخاب نمونه‌ آماری، از نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و برای سنجش ابعاد ساختار سازمانی (تمرکز، رسمیت و پیچیدگی) از پژوهش‌های کروز و گمپس (2003) و پالمر و دانفورد (2002) استفاده شد. در زمینه راهبردهای رقابتی نیز با توجه به پژوهش میلر (1988 و 1987)، سه راهبرد رهبری هزینه، راهبرد متمایز ساختن محصول یا خدمت و راهبرد تمرکز بر محصول یا خدمت خاص در نظر گرفته شد. روایی پژوهش از روش محتوای و برای تایید ثبات درونی ابزار سنجش، از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. جهت بررسی و تحلیل داده، مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار لیزرل 5/8 به­کار برده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که ابعاد ساختار سازمانی با راهبرد رقابتی جامعه مورد مطالعه  تاثیر مثبت و مستقیم دارد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of organizational structure on competitive strategy. The method used in this study, the purpose, nature is a descriptive survey. The population of the investigation, all employees of the communications infrastructure, that 420 of person have been selected. Based on the sample size of 201 subjects was selected Morgan. Select the sample, simple random sampling was used. To measure organizational structure (centralization, formalization and complexity) of the research cruise and Gamps (2003) and Palmer and Dunford (2002) was used. In the context of competitive strategies according to Miller (1988 and 1987), three strategies of cost leadership, differentiation strategy, the product or service strategy was to focus on specific product or service. The validity of the study, content and assessment tools to verify internal consistency, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used. For data analysis, structural equation modeling and LISREL 5.8 software was used. Data analysis showed that different aspects of the organizational structure of the competitive strategy of the study population have a direct and positive impact.
