[English]

The main goal of the paper is to presenting a multidimensional structure to describing the effect of Maintenance Strategies on Business Performance in Manufacturing Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This applied research is done as a Survey-Correlation-Cause and Effect Study with the help of 95 Managers of Manufacturing Small and Medium Enterprises in Iran. Cronbach's Alfa is used to assess Reliability and Content and Construct Analysis are used to assess Validity. Data Analysis is done by Confirmative Factor Analysis, Correlation Test, Co linearity Test and Path Analysis. Innovation aspect of this research is to create a new approach to the relation of Maintenance Strategies with Business Performance in MSMEs and selecting an appropriate maintenance strategy for MSMEs. This paper tries to assess the effect of maintenance strategies types on Business Performance. In this research, all relations between Conceptual Models are analyzed quantitatively. The findings show that Predictive Maintenance has the greatest impact on Business Performance. Then, Corrective Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance and Outsourcing of Maintenance Practices and Activities are important.
