مدیریت دانش در سازمان های تولیدی برای رسیدن به کلاس جهانی

چکیده

سازمان­های کلاس جهانی، نسل جدیدی از سازمان­ها هستند که نتیجه تغییر در دنیای کسب­ و کار امروزی­ اند. این تغییرات باعث شده تا پارادایم سازمانی نیز تغییر یابد، پارادایم جدید، سازمان­های خاص خود را طلب می کند که امروزه به سازمانهای کلاس جهانی شهرت یافته­ اند.
از سوی دیگر با گذر از اقتصاد سنتی مبتنی بر منابع به اقتصاد مبتنی بر دانش، دانش به یکی از دارائی‌های اساسی سازمانها تبدیل شده و مدیریت آن امری ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. مدیریت دانش بیش ازآنکه یک تفکر درباره چگونگی اداره یک سازمان باشد، یک دارایی راهبردی برای ‌سازمان است. در اقتصاد نوین، دانش منبع اصلی توسعه اقتصادی و صنعتی است. ازاینرو سازمان­هایی که به فعالیت در کلاس جهانی می­ اندیشند، لازم است که برای مدیریت دانش ارزش و اهمیت خاصی قائل شوند. ازاینرو هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی نقش مدیریت دانش در سازمانهای تولیدی برای رسیدن به کلاس جهانی است. برای این منظور از آزمون همبستگی استفاده شده است،. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، شرکت راهان توان استان زنجان بوده. ابزار جمع­ آوری اطلاعات شامل مطالعه ادبیات تحقیق، و پرسشنامه است. تأیید آزمون فرضیه­ ها، ارتباط معنادار و مثبت مدیریت دانش با کاهش هزینه­ ها، افزایش کیفیت محصولات، نوآوری و بهبود مستمر و رسیدن به کلاس جهانی در سازمانهای تولیدی را به اثبات می رساند.

چکیده [English]

Growth of information and knowledge has been very fast in recent year and from this view entitle nowadays era to knowledge explosion era. Knowledge management is a strategic asset for the organization up to contemplation about how manages an organization. By distance from traditional economic based on knowledge, knowledge altered to basic asset of organizations and its management seems to be essential affair. In modern economic knowledge is main source of economical and industrial improvement. World class organizations are the new generation of organization that is result of alteration in modern universe trade and workmanship. This alterations Couse to change organic paradigm and dominate modern paradigm. New paradigm has invoked its particular organizations that nowadays attribute to world class organizations. Purpose of this study is consideration the role of knowledge management in productive organizations to attain world class. In order to this intention has used of correlation test, statistical society of this research was rahan tavan company from zanjan state. Implement of data collection are consist of study of literature of research and questionnaire. Confirmation of hypothesis test, significant relationship knowledge management with decrease of costs, increasing of outputs quality continuous innovation and improvement and attaining to world class affirmed in productive organizations.
