تحلیل ساختار و روند شبکه‌های موضوعی مدیریت راهبردی در ایران

چکیده

بررسی تعداد و تنوع مقالات حوزه مدیریت راهبردی طی سال‌های اخیر، نشان می‌دهد که این حوزه یکی از حوزه‌های مورد توجه و پراستقبال بوده؛ به‌طوری‌که پژوهشگران حوزه‌های مختلف مدیریت سعی کرده‌اند موضوعات مشترک متنوعی را در این زمینه مطرح نمایند. این پژوهش، توصیفی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی است که با روش تحلیل محتوای کمی به تحلیل موضوعی با رویکرد خوشه‌بندی سلسله مراتبی می‌پردازد و هدف آن، بررسی و تحلیل موضوعی مجلات مدیریت راهبردی در ایران است. برای این کار، 332 مقاله منتشر شده در 3 مجله مرتبط با این حوزه به نام‌های مطالعات مدیریت راهبردی، اندیشه مدیریت راهبردی و پژوهش‌های مدیریت راهبردی در بازه زمانی 1391 تا 1395 مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌اند. برای تحلیل موضوعی؛ سهم موضوعی مقالات، سهم مشارکت نهادهای علمی، تحلیل خوشه‌‌ای موضوعات مدیریت راهبردی، تحلیل خوشه‌‌ای نهادهای علمی، تحلیل شبکه موضوعی مجلات مدیریت راهبردی و درنهایت تحلیل روند موضوعات مدیریت راهبردی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که موضوعات 29 گانه مدیریت راهبردی در قالب 4 خوشه قابل بررسی بوده و در میان 3 مجله مورد تحلیل، مجله مطالعات مدیریت راهبردی به عنوان مجله مهمتر این حوزه، هم با مجله اندیشه مدیریت راهبردی و هم با مجله پژوهش‌های مدیریت راهبردی در 5 موضوع اولویت‌دار مشترک بوده و به نوعی در ساختار شبکه مجلات مدیریت راهبردی، دارای نقش مرکزی است.

چکیده [English]

Investigation of the number and diversity of articles in the field of strategic management in recent years shows that this field is one of the most favorite and well-considered areas. So that researchers of different fields of management have tried to present various common issues in this area. This article is descriptive and in terms of purpose has an applied approach which quantitative content analysis method deals to thematic analysis with hierarchical clustering approach and its purpose is to investigate and thematic analysis of strategic management journals in Iran. For this reason, about 332 published articles in 3 related journals such as strategic management studies, strategic management thought and strategic management researches during the period from 2012 to 2016 have been reviewed. Also thematic share of articles, contribution share of scientific institutions, and cluster analysis of strategic management subjects, cluster analysis of scientific institutions, thematic network analysis of strategic management journals and finally, trend analysis of strategic management subjects has been studied in order to do thematic analysis. The results of this study show that 29 strategic management subjects can be reviewed in the form of 4 clusters. Strategic management studies journal among the three analyzed journals is the premier journal in this field and also has five common prioritized subjects with the strategic management thought and strategic management researches journals and in other hand, plays a central role in structure of the network of strategic management journals.
