[English]

The subject of identification through Radio Waves or RFID is one of the instruments that is discussed many in supply chain and noted as its ability building. Radio waves are method for automatic identifying that relied on collecting and recovering the information by distance. the purpose of present research is investigation of organizational preparation amount for applying RFID technology in order to improvement of supply chain management process in Iranian LCD Production Industry. For survey, statistical population of the present research includes all of the experts and LCD Industry managers within Iran such as Pars, Shahab, and Sanam companies. Data is collected by using questionnaire, and analyzed by SPSS and LISREL soft wares. Results showed that there was necessary amount of preparation for applying RFID technology in organization’s supply chain management in managerial and structural issues domain within surveyed companies.
