‌ الگوی اکتشافی ارتقای رابطه‌ دانشگاه با صنعت

چکیده

با توجه به فضای ارتباطی  ضعیف میان رابطه صنعت و دانشگاه در کشورهای در حال توسعه و به‌خصوص ایران پژوهش به‌دنبال حاضر ارائه‌ الگویی در جهت ارتقای رابطه‌ دانشگاه با صنعت است. برای دستیابی به‌مدلی دقیق و عمیق، نظریه داده‌بنیاد مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر اساتید دانشگاهی هستند که آگاهی مناسبی از مشکلات موجود در روابط میان دانشگاه و صنعت و همچنین تخصص و پست‌های صنعتی و دانشگاهی مهمی داشته‌اند که بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری غیراحتمالی گلوله‌برفی تعداد 19 نفر انتخاب و با استفاده مصاحبه نیمه ساختار‌یافته به تحلیل شاخص‌های مؤثر پرداخته شد. در نهایت نیز با استفاده از نتیجه‌گیری‌های از مصاحبه‌ خبرگان این حوزه، الگویی در راستای ارتقای روابط دانشگاه و صنعت طراحی و توسعه‌یافته است. مقوله‌ محوری مطالعه‌ حاضر، ضعیف بودن ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت بوده است که پس از شناسایی عوامل علّی در سه دسته صنعتی ، دانشگاهی و مشترک،  راه‌کارها و استراتژی‌های نهایی در پنج قالب دولتی، دانشگاهی، صنعتی، الگوگیری و توسعه‌ نهادهای ‌مستقل تدوین‌شده و نهایتاً راه‌کارهایی در جهت بهبود رابطه صنعت و دانشگاه ارائه گردید.

چکیده [English]

According of weak relationship space between industry and university in developing countries and in particular Iran, this qualitative research is designed to provide a model for promoting the relationship between university and industry. In order to achieve a detailed and deep model, the data base theory method has been used. Past research has often been limited and one-sided, a combination of both quantitative and qualitative and abstract. In the course of the research, with the selection of 19 qualified members who have a good knowledge of the problems in the relationship between the university and industry, as well as the specialty and industrial and academic positions, it has been attempted to identify the causal conditions, the ground, the intermediary factors and the development strategies of the relations between The university and industry will be examined and presented. Finally, using these conclusions from the experts' interviews in this area, a model has been developed to promote university-industry relations. Data was collected by interview and semi-structured. After identifying causal factors in three industrial, academic and collaborative categories, The main issue of this study is the weakness of the relationship between university and industry, after identifying other effective conditions, final strategies and strategies in five government, university, industrial, modeling and development of independent institutions have been developed and the final model is presented based on it.
