چکیده

افزایش خلاقیت سازمانی زمینه‌ساز ارتقای کمیت و کیفیت خدمات، کاهش هزینه­ها، جلوگیری از اتلاف منابع، کاهش بوروکراسی، افزایش رقابت، افزایش کارایی و بهره‌وری، ایجاد انگیزش و رضایت شغلی در کارکنان است، از این‌رو، مطالعه پیش‌رو با هدف تعیین و شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر خلاقیت سازمانی‌ از دیدگاه دانشگاهیان دانشگاه تهران با آزمون سه فرضیه صورت پذیرفته است. این پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی (ماتریس کواریانس- واریانس در معادلات ساختاری) بوده که داده­ها با ابزار کمّی پرسشنامه جمع­آوری شده است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه استادان و دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشکده‌های مدیریت و روان‌شناسی و علوم تربیتی دانشگاه تهران به تعداد 898 نفر است. نمونه آماری بر اساس تعداد سؤالات پرسشنامه (30 سوال) 300 نفر تخمین زده شد که در نهایت یافته­ها بر اساس 287 نفر محاسبه گردید. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به مقدار 8/0 محاسبه شده است. روایی محتوایی سؤالات پرسشنامه نیز توسط 5 نفر از خبرگان و اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه تهران مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. همچنین برازش مدل به کمک نرم­افزار Smart PLS از طریق آزمون معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه‌­وتحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها حاکی است که مدل مفهومی دربردارنده چهار بعد اصلی خلاقیت سازمانی، عوامل فردی، گروهی و سازمانی است. لذا عوامل فردی، سازمانی و گروهی به­‌طور مستقیم بر خلاقیت سازمانی تأثیر می‌گذارند که در نهایت مدل پژوهش مورد تأیید واقع شده است.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: Since increasing organizational creativity leads to improving the quantity and quality of services, reducing costs, preventing waste of resources, reducing bureaucracy, increasing competition, increasing efficiency and productivity, providing motivation and job satisfaction among employees, this study aimed to determine and Identifying the factors affecting organizational creativity has been done from the viewpoint of University od Tehran academics. Method: This is a descriptive correlational study (covariance-variance matrix in structural equations). The population of the study consisted of 898 faculty members and postgraduate students of the two faculties of management as well as Psychology and Educational Sciences of University of Tehran. The sample size was estimated to be 300 based on the number of questionnaire questions (30 questions) and finally the findings were calculated based on 287 individuals. Data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire which was used to determine the reliability of Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.8 and the content validity of the questionnaire was approved by 5 experts and faculty members of Tehran University. Model fit was analyzed using Smart PLS software by structural equation test. Findings: The findings indicated that the conceptual model included four main dimensions of organizational creativity, individual, group and organizational factors. results: The results showed that individual, organizational and group factors directly affect organizational creativity, which finally confirmed the research model.
