تحلیل منابع نامشهود و رفتار صادراتی بر پایه نظریه منبع محور

چکیده

نهادهای موفق در قرن بیست و یکم، لزوم توجه به سرمایه‌های نامشهود، به عنوان منبعی مهم برای دستیابی به مزایای رقابتی پایدار و ثبات حضور در بازارهای بین‌المللی، را درک نموده‌اند. بر این اساس، مقاله حاضر به ارزیابی وضعیت این منابع، رتبه‌بندی آن‌ها و در نهایت، بررسی رابطه منابع نامشهود با نوع و شدت صادرات در جامعه مورد مطالعه می‌پردازد. جامعه مورد بررسی در این تحقیق، کلیه صادرکنندگان استان یزد-در سال‌های 1380 تا 1388 را در بر می‌گیرد. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، منابع نامشهود در جامعه صادراتی استان یزد شامل سرمایه‌های انسانی، سازمانی، رابطه‌ای، شهرت و تکنولوژیک- در وضعیت مطلوب قرار ندارند. در رتبه‌بندی سرمایه‌های نامشهود با استفاده از تکنیک تاپسیس، سرمایه انسانی، رابطه‌ای، تکنولوژیک، شهرت و سرمایه سازمانی، به ترتیب، در رتبه اول تا پنجم اهمیت قرار گرفتند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که بین حضور دائمی و موردی در بازار‌های بین‌المللی و سطح منابع نامشهود در آن‌ها تفاوت معناداری مشاهده می‌گردد، به طوری که میانگین منابع نامشهود در شرکت‌های دارای صادرات دائمی، بیش از میانگین منابع نامشهود شرکت‌های دارای صادرات موردی است. ضمناً بین منابع نامشهود سازمان و شدت صادرات نیز تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد.

چکیده [English]

Successful companies and organizations in the twenty-first century understood the importance of intangible assets as an important resource to achieve sustainable competitive advantages and stable presence in international markets. Accordingly, the present paper try to assess the status of this resource, ranking them and finally examining the relationship between intangible assets and the type of export and export intensity. The study population contains all exporters of Yazd province from 1380 to 1388. Based on research results, intangible assets in the export community in Yazd province, including human, organizational, relational, reputation and technological capitals have not proper situation. According to intangible assets ranking with TOPSIS technique, human, relational, technological, reputation and organizational capital stand the first to fifth place respectively. Research findings show significant difference between permanent presence in international market and the level of intangible resources, so the average of intangible resources in companies with permanent export is more than the average of intangible resources in companies with case export. Also there is no significant difference between intangible resources and the export intensity.
