سرمایه اجتماعی، اشتراک راهبردی دانش و عملکرد سازمانی

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر ابعاد سرمایه اجتماعی بر اشتراک راهبردی دانش و عملکرد سازمانی است. این پژوهش، از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان سازمان تامین اجتماعی شهرستان بروجرد می‌باشد، که تعداد آنها برابر با 140نفر است. از بین جامعه آماری بر اساس جدول تعیین حجم نمونه کرجسی و مورگان (1970) تعداد 103 نفر به­ عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. جهت انتخاب نمونه‌ آماری، از نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و برای جمع‌آوری از ابزار پرسش‌نامه استاندارد کیم و همکاران (2013) استفاده شد. برای تعیین پایایی پرسش­نامه‌­ها ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای متغیرهای سرمایه اجتماعی (884/0)، اشتراک دانش (799/0) و عملکرد سازمانی (822/0) به­دست آمد و پایایی پرسشنامه تایید شد. جهت بررسی و تحلیل داده از آزمون­های t و تحلیل مسیر توسط نرم‌­افزار smartpls استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که از سه بعد سرمایه اجتماعی، دو بعد آن یعنی سرمایه اجتماعی ساختاری بر اکتساب دانش کارکنان (405/0) تاثیر مثبت و مستقیم دارد؛ اما بر تسهیم دانش کارکنان تاثیر ندارد. همچنین، سرمایه اجتماعی رابطه­ای بر اکتساب دانش کارکنان (567/0) و تسهیم دانش کارکنان (574/0) تاثیر مثبت و مستقیم دارد. همچنین، کسب دانش (240/0) و تسهیم (488/0) دانش بر عملکرد سازمانی تاثیر مثبت و مستقیم دارد.

چکیده [English]

     the purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of social capital on knowledge strategic sharing and organizational performance. The method used in this study, for the purpose of application of the descriptive nature. The population of this study, all the employees of the Social Security Organization of Karaj city, whose number is equal to 140. Of the target population based on the sampling table krejcie and Morgan (1970), 103 were selected. To select the sample, a random sampling was used. To collect standardized questionnaire Kim et al (2013) was used. Vote to determine the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha coefficients for the variables of social capital (0/884), knowledge sharing (0/799) and organizational performance (0/822), respectively, and reliability was approved. T-test for data analysis and path analysis were used by software smartpls.Social capital is also related to the acquisition of knowledge p = (0/567) and knowledge sharing p = (0/574) positive and direct impact. The acquisition of knowledge p = (0/240) and Share p = (0/488) knowledge has a direct impact on organizational performance.
