Today's world is a world of competition and change, any society and any organization that does not move in line with these changes is doomed to perish. In advanced countries, in order to adapt to new environmental conditions, they have started to implement a series of techniques, one of which is business process strategies. The main purpose of this research is to determine and formulate business strategies as a missing link for the mining and industrial organizations of Gol Gohar, Sirjan. In terms of purpose, this research is analytical and applied, and in terms of nature and method, using library documents and internet resources, it has been written in a causal descriptive manner, and it tries to design with system thinking. Dynamic model of strategy and business processes in Gol Gohar company, using Vansim software to provide solutions. The main variables identified were compiled in the form of causal loops, then simulated by designing the main model in the software. After the implementation of the model, testing, sensitivity analysis and policy, an improved model was used to formulate business process improvement scenarios. In the end, we reached this result, using the dynamic model of business strategies empowers mining and industrial organizations to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity. Therefore, according to the importance and necessity of business strategies based on the study of theoretical literature, articles and previous researches in empowering employees to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity, as well as the role that business processes play in realizing the goals of the organization's strategy, it goes without saying. It is clear that the study of such a subject has a special place. On the one hand, the importance of the issue and the existence of sanctions in the industry and mining sector of the country and its position in the twenty-year vision document, have led us to design a dynamic model of strategy and business processes in Gol Mining and Industrial Company in this research. Sirjan's house, let's pay. Therefore, this research aims to formulate business strategies as a missing link for mining and industrial organizations and to answer the question of whether it is possible to formulate a dynamic model consisting of strategy and business process in Gol Gohar Mining and Industrial Company. ? will be done. In the following, the theoretical foundations and background of the research are presented. Defining the concepts in order to explain the theoretical foundations of the research is very helpful in the way of doing it and is one of the key points in achieving the desired result. Therefore, in this part, the basic terms and concepts of research (strategy, business processes, etc.) are briefly explained, and at the end, the background of the researches conducted in the field of strategy and business processes inside and abroad and the relationship between them has been examined. In the third part, the research methodology stated in the fourth part, the analysis of data and findings, which includes the company's proposed strategy model, and finally in the fifth part, the results of this research are evaluated and suggestions to the researchers The future is a given.
