ترسیم نقشه راهبرد برای محصولات غذایی و دارویی

چکیده

     امروزه سازمان­ها باید موقعیت خود را ارزیابی و راهبردهای مناسب را تدوین و اجرا کنند. کلید اجرای موفق راهبردها این است که افراد آن­ها را درک نمایند. نقشه راهبرد به ­عنوان توصیف­کننده راهبردهای سازمان به افراد در درک آن­ها کمک می­‌کند. در سازمان­ها، ترسیم نقشه راهبرد شهودی و اغلب بدون توجه به روابط علّت و معلولی میان اهداف راهبردی و تنها از طریق نظرات مدیران ارشد انجام می‌­شود. با این روش ارتباط بین اهداف راهبردی روشن نبوده و مشخص نیست که کدام اهداف راهبردی با هم در ارتباط‌­اند. هدف این پژوهش، ارائه رویکردی نوآورانه با استفاده از نظریه دایگراف به­ منظور جبران این کمبود است تا روابط علّت و معلولی بین اهداف راهبردی نقشه راهبرد را با تجمیع و پردازش قضاوت خبرگان، انکشاف و ترسیم نماید. اعتبار رویکرد ارائه ­شده با انجام مطالعه موردی در یک سازمان دولتی مدیریت محصولات غذایی و دارویی سنجیده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را 10 نفر از خبرگان یک سازمان دولتی مدیریت محصولات غذایی و دارویی تشکیل شده و نتایج اجرای این رویکرد در غالب نقشه راهبرد آن سارمان ارائه شده است.

چکیده [English]

     Nowadays, the organizations should assess your situation by using strategic planning, and formulate and implement the appropriate strategies. The key of the successful implementation of strategies is that people understand them. Since the strategy map describing strategies of the organizations and help people understand them plays an important role in this regard. The organizations often prepare strategy map using the senior managers and experts’ opinions and ideas of organizations during a series of multiple management sessions. The aim of this study is to introduce an innovative approach using diagraph theory which can develop and draw the causal relationships between the strategic objectives of the strategy map with the aggregation and processing of the experts’ judgment. The research statistical population is determined ten expert managers of a Food and Drug government organization. The results of the implementation of this approach and its efficiency are examined are applied in a Food and Drug government organization.
