همسوسازی اجرای طرح‌های پژوهشی با استراتژی پژوهش

چکیده

امروزه مهم‌ترین دغدغه اکثر سازمان‌ها، تدوین و پیاده­سازی استراتژی­هایی است که موفقیت و بقای آن‌ها را در شرایط متحول و پیچیده محیطی تضمین کند. از سویی، با وجود مرحله تدوین استراتژی بسیاری از استراتژی­ها در مرحله اجرا با شکست مواجه می­شوند و از دستیابی به اهداف خود بازمی‌مانند. این امر به‌علت شکاف بین لایه استراتژیک و لایه عملیات در سازمان است. ازاین‌رو، مدیران خواهان دستیابی به روشی جامع، قابل‌اطمینان و منعطف هستند تا بتوانند سازمان خود را ارزیابی کرده و استراتژی‌ها را تعیین کنند. در این پژوهش برای ارتباط میان برنامه استراتژیک با برنامه عملیاتی معاونت پژوهشی دانشگاه ولی‌عصر (عج) شهرستان رفسنجان از روش سیستم مدیریتی دور بسته استفاده شده است. این روش به معاونت اجازه می‌دهد تا استراتژی‌های خود را با موفقیت پیاده کند. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را خبرگان معاونت پژوهشی دانشگاه ولی‌عصر (عج) شهرستان رفسنجان تشکیل می‌دهند. داده­های موردنیاز با استفاده از پژوهش کتابخانه­ای، اسناد درون‌سازمانی و بررسی وب‌‌سایت‌های معاونت پژوهشی سایر دانشگاه‌های کشور و تشکیل جلسات طوفان فکری با خبرگان معاونت و دریافت نظرات ایشان به دست آمده است.

چکیده [English]

     Nowadays, the main concern of most organizations is the formulation and implementation of the strategies that ensure their success and their survival in a varying and complex environmental condition, on the other hand, many strategies fail in implementing phase in spite of the strategy formulation and they don’t gain their goals because of the gap between the strategic layer and the operations layer in the organization. Consequently the managers in the organization want to achieve a comprehensive, reliable and flexible method so that they can evaluate their organizations, determine strategies and with the aware of the strategies implementation acquire the exact information about the weaknesses and strengths and their needs and position. There are several methods to reach this goal and one of them is XPP close-loop system that by making a relationship between strategic plan and operational plan for all stakeholders of the organization, allow the organizations to successfully implement their distinctive strategies. The present study uses this tool to operationalize strategies of research department of Vali-Asr University of Rafsanjan.
