تأثیر چابکی راهبردی بر پاسخگویی عملیاتی و عملکرد سازمانی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر چابکی راهبردی بر عملکرد سازمانی از طریق پاسخگویی عملیاتی شرکت­‌های تولیدی بزرگ استان خوزستان، انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کاربردی را 180 شرکت­ تولیدی بزرگ استان خوزستان تشکیل می­دهد. واحد آماری جامعه، مدیران عملیاتی/ مالی/بازاریابی آن شرکت­هاست که 122 شرکت با استفاده از فرمول کوکران برای جوامع محدود، به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد و پرسشنامه­‌ای در اختیار مدیر عملیاتی/ مالی/بازاریابی هر یک از شرکت­‌ها قرار گرفت. ابزار جمع­آوری داده‌­ها، پرسشنامه شین و همکاران (2015) است که روایی محتوایی آن را خبرگان و اساتید دانشگاهی تأیید کردند و روایی سازه آن، از طریق تحلیل عاملی تأییدی بررسی شد. تحلیل داده­‌ها و آزمون فرضیه­‌ها با بهره گرفتن از نرم‌­افزار22  SPSS و روش معادلات ساختاری صورت پذیرفت. نتایج نشان داد چابکی راهبردی بطور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم (از طریق پاسخگویی عملیاتی)، عملکرد سازمانی را بهبود می­‌بخشد. چابکی راهبردی، پاسخگویی عملیاتی سازمانی را افزایش می‌­دهد. همچنین، پاسخگویی عملیاتی موجب ارتقا عملکرد سازمانی می‌­شود.

چکیده [English]

: The purpose of the present study is to investigate the impact of strategic agility on organizational performance with mediate role operational responsiveness in large manufacturing firms in Khuzestan province. The population of this applied research consisted of 180 manufacturing firms and with using Cochran's formula for limited society, 123 firms were selected. Statistical unit of society were manufacturing/operation managers of said firms and research questionnaire was distributed to them for each firm. The data collection instrument is Shin (2015) questionnaire, which its content validity was evaluated through experts and academics and its construct validity was confirmed through confirmatory factor analysis. Structural equation models and SPSS 22 have been used in order to analysis the data. The results showed that, strategic agility have a positive and direct impact and also indirect impact through operational responsiveness on organizational performance.
