تأثیر ادراک مدیران، گستره تغییر و رهبری بر انطباق استراتژیک با چرخش استراتژیک در بحران کرونا

چکیده
کسب‌وکارهای کوچک بستر مناسبی برای توسعه فعالیت­های کارآفرینی هستند. یکی از عوامل موفقیت کسب‌وکارهای کوچک این است که چرخه افول خود را با موفقیت پشت سر بگذارند. می‌توان از چرخش و انطباق استراتژیک برای مقابله با چرخه زوال در کسب‌وکارها استفاده نمود. از این رو، هدف پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر ادراک مدیران، گستره تغییر و رهبری انطباقی در شکل‌گیری انطباق استراتژیک با نقش میانجی چرخش استراتژیک است. پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده­ها از نوع توصیفی و از حیث ارتباط بین متغیرهای پژوهش از نوع علّی است. روش کار  پیمایشی بوده، جامعه آماری پژوهش را کسب‌وکارهای نوپای شهر بوشهر تشکیل داده که تعداد آن 80 شرکت است. ابزار گردآوری داده­ها، پرسش‌نامه در مقیاس پنج گزینه‌ای بود. برای سنجش روایی از روش اعتبار محتوا و برای آزمون پایایی پرسش‌نامه از شیوه آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتایج مقدار ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای متغیرهای گستره تغییر، ادراک مدیران، رهبری انطباقی، انطباق استراتژیک و چرخش استراتژیک به ترتیب برابر با 983/0، 887/0، 931/0، 990/0، 975/0 محاسبه گردید، که مقداری بیشتر از7/0 هستند. داده­های گردآوری شده با استفاده از نرم­افزارهای آماری SPSS و Smart PLS مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که ادراک مدیران بر انطباق استراتژیک تأثیر مثبت و معناداری ندارد؛ گستره تغییر بر چرخش استراتژیک؛ رهبری انطباقی بر چرخش استراتژیک؛ و چرخش استراتژیک تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر انطباق استراتژیک دارد؛ در انتها، بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش رهنمودهایی به مدیران کسب‌وکارهای نوپا ارائه شده است.

چکیده English

Introduction:
Due to the advancement of technology in recent decades, the fast and fast dynamic environment in the organizations in which they are formed and grown, the competition between the organizations that we see the results of. If they don't seek to change and adapt their management and leadership style to these conditions, they can easily be coordinated and adapted to organizational strategies as a condition of survival and presence in highly competitive markets. Despite the improvement of organizations in the field of strategic adaptation in competitive conditions, we need more research in this field. The main purpose of the research is the impact of managers' perceptions, the extent of change and adaptive leadership on strategic adaptation in critical conditions. Conditions: considering the role of strategic rotation.
Methodology:
The present study is considered to be a descriptive type of field studies in terms of its practical purpose and in terms of the method of data collection, and in terms of the relationship between the variables of the research, it is of a causal type. The method of conducting the research was a survey, the statistical population of the research was formed by new businesses in Bushehr city, which numbered 80 companies, in the first stage, the names of 80 companies were recorded and according to the formula for calculating the Statistical sample size based on the limited population of Kochran, randomly 50 companies were selected by lottery. In the second stage, according to the reports that each company has an average of 3 effective members, the research questionnaire was distributed among all the members of the statistical sample and the information of the statistical population was collected. The data collection tool was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. Content validity method was used to measure the validity and Cronbach's alpha method was used to test the reliability of the questionnaire. Based on the results, the value of Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the variables of scope of change, managers' perception, adaptive leadership, strategic adaptation and strategic rotation was calculated as 0.983, 0.887, 0.931, 0.990, 0.975 respectively, which are more than 0.7 . The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS statistical software.
Results and Discussion:
Data analysis showed that managers' perception does not have a positive and significant effect on strategic adaptation. The extent of change does not have a positive and significant effect on strategic adaptation. Adaptive leadership has a positive and significant effect on strategic adaptation. The extent of change has a positive and significant effect on strategic rotation; Adaptive leadership has a positive and significant effect on strategic rotation; Strategic rotation has a positive and significant effect on strategic adaptation. Managers' perception has a positive and significant effect on strategic rotation; The extent of change with the mediation of strategic rotation does not have a positive and significant effect on strategic adaptation, the perception of managers of strategic rotation does not have a positive and significant effect on strategic adaptation, and adaptive leadership with the mediation of strategic rotation has a positive and significant effect on strategic adaptation. It is suggested that for strategic adaptation in Corona conditions, apart from managers' perception, more attention should be paid to face-to-face meetings, organizational goals, ability and environmental conditions, and also in Corona conditions, attention should be paid to the investment cost because the cost of business investment is higher in Corona conditions. Is. Also, organizations should pay more attention to innovation and continuous changes for their survival and dynamism, and also public expenses have been different in Corona conditions; Because today, all aspects of human life, including knowledge and technology, are progressing at an unstoppable speed.
Conclusion
The importance of positive change is not hidden from anyone; Because it is the need of the future. Successful organizations in today's world are organizations that include changes in their organizational framework. It is suggested that managers identify the factors that reduce the performance of their businesses and try to control these factors. It is also recommended that managers examine the process of changing the activity of other businesses and get help from it when preparing their business strategic plan. It is also suggested to pay more attention to the extent of change in strategic rotation; Because successful organizations in today's world are organizations that incorporate change into their organizational framework. It is no secret that the foundation of every organization is based on fulfilling needs, and since people's needs are constantly changing or the desire for new needs; Therefore, the need for transformation in organizations is always seen, and the feeling of needing to manage these transformations shows itself more than ever. Adapting the organization to the environment is like modeling others and using the ideas and innovations of other organizations and adapting the environment to the organization; Like invention and innovation, it is of particular importance. It is suggested to the managers of start-up businesses to think of measures to gain the trust of the society and their target market in view of the Corona crisis. It is also suggested that these businesses enter new markets and acquire the necessary expertise to be up-to-date and provide up-to-date products and services to the target community.
