The effects of adverse effects on the human capital through which the main mission of the organization is performed are much more severe. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to comprehensively identify the complication of organizational Insentienc in human capital based on Grounded Theory.The present research method is applied in terms of purpose and exploratory research in terms of research method with Grounded Theory. The statistical population included experts in the field of organization and management in the National Gas Company of Kermanshah province. 13 interviews were conducted by snowball sampling method until the theoretical saturation of the data. Findings show 367 open source code, 77 core code and 24 optional code. The results are in the form of a six-variable model; Causal, contextual, intervening factors, pivotal phenomena, strategies and consequences of organizational Insentience of human capital are presented in Kermanshah National Gas Company. The results include identifying the most important components of organizational Insentience in human capital, such as; Lack of meritocracy and injustice in the organization were the manager's disregard for staff growth and economic and personal issues. In addition, the most important consequences of this negative complication, such as; Reduction of individual and organizational productivity, increase of violations in the organization, disgust and insignificance towards work and organization and general dissatisfaction, identification and practical solutions to avoid or manage this negative complication were presented to the managers of Kermanshah National Gas Company.
