The purpose of this study is to identify the phenomena and strategies of tourism services. Such services are free from overuse of technology and their harms. Which include electromagnetic waves, mobile phones and environmental pollutants. Using the results can be a better way to develop the tourism industry. The statistical population of the study is experts and thinkers who have scientific and practical information in rural ecotourism services. Data collection tool is interviews that have been done in the form of semi-structured in-depth interviews. The method of sampling is snowball. Which reached saturation with a total of 13 people. The analysis was performed with a qualitative approach in three stages of open coding, axial coding and selective coding. The results of this study show that the effective guides on organic services in the tourism industry are six categories out of 116 concepts obtained. And the phenomena that underlie these services are derived from 61 concepts that include four categories. The results and achievements of this research can be useful in guiding and strengthening the phenomena of the tourism industry and the development of this industry for all stakeholders and policy makers.
