نقش مهندسی مجدد فرآیندهای سازمانی در تحقق اهداف برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک

چکیده
امروزه، انطباق با تغییرات سریع محیطی و کسب انعطاف‌پذیری ضرورتی اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. لازمه این کار دگرگون‌سازی کسب‌و‌کار، جهت انطباق با تغییرات محیطی است. یکی از شناخته‌شده‌ترین راهبردها در این زمینه، مهندسی مجدد فرایندها می‌باشد. امروزه تمایز شرط بقاست و بدون بازاندیشی و تغییرات اساسی در روند اجرای کارها نمی‌توان به حیات اقتصادی ادامه داد. مهندسی مجدد در زمان تغییر استراتژی‌ها، اهداف و خط مشی‌های سازمان ضرورت می‌یابد. در این مقاله نقش مهندسی مجدد در تحقق اهداف برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک با‌استفاده از یک نمونه موردی بررسی شد. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش جمع‌آوردی داده‌ها، توصیفی همبستگی می‌باشد. همچنین به منظور بررسی رابطه همبستگی از آزمون کای ـ دو و دی­سامرز برای بررسی استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشانگر رابطه مستقیم و مثبت بین مهندسی مجدد و برنامه‌ریزی استرتژیک است. لذا با افزایش میزان پیاده‌سازی باز مهندسی فرایندهای سازمانی تغییرات قابل‌توجهی در جهت افزایش و بهبود تحقق اهداف برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک در سازمان ایجاد می­‌شود.

چکیده English

Todays, and have flexibility is an inevitable necessary. The best known of strategies in this area is process reengineering. Differentiation conditions are a matter of survival and without reflection and fundamental changes in the economic life of the tasks cannot be continued. Reengineering becomes a necessary in Changing strategies, goals and policies. This article investigated the role of reengineering in achieving the strategic planning goals in a sample. This study, based on aim, is an applicable research, and based on data collection method, it is a descriptive research. Also to investigate the correlation chi-square and D Samerz test was used .the results showed a direct and positive relationship between reengineering and strategic planning. So that with increasing organizational processes reengineering, significant changes to enhance and improve the organizations strategic planning goals were created.
