الگوی استراتژی گرایش به کارآفرینی در نظام بانکی ایران

چکیده

     با افزایش سریع تحولات جهانی و گذر از جامعه سنتی به جامعه اطلاعاتی، توجه به استراتژی‌های جدید برای استفاده بهینه از فرصت‌ها و ارزش‌های جدید، نظام بانکی را بیش از پیش ملزم به تحول نموده است و امروزه گرایش به کارآفرینی، یکی از استراتژی‌های جدید در سازمان‌ها محسوب می‌شود. در این راستا، شناخت وضعیت گرایش به کارآفرینی و عوامل مؤثر بر آن از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است تا با تقویت نوآوری، ابتکار عمل و ریسک‌پذیری، شرایط ورود مؤثر بانک‌ها به فرایند کارآفرینی فراهم شود. لذا هدف این مقاله، تبیین الگوی استراتژی گرایش به کارآفرینی و ارائه آن به سیاستگذاران و مدیران نظام بانکی کشور است تا تمهیدات لازم را برای توسعه استراتژی گرایش به کارآفرینی در بانک‌ها فراهم نمایند. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، 1200 نفر از مدیران‌عالی، میانی و عملیاتی (رؤسای شعب) بانک‌های خصوصی در شهر تهران است. پرسشنامه پژوهش، به صورت تصادفی، به 350 نفر از مدیران  تحویل داده شد که از این تعداد،284 پرسشنامه مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان می­دهد که استراتژی گرایش به کارآفرینی، عوامل فرهنگی و در بین عوامل سازمانی برقراری روابط سازنده بین واحد سازمانی، حمایت مدیریت عالی از وضعیت مناسبی برخوردار بوده و نیز وجود تعارض سازمانی، سیستم پاداش نامناسب، وضعیت مناسبی ندارند.

چکیده [English]

Along with the quick increasing of global changes and transition from traditional to informational society, attention to new strategies to optimal use from opportunities and new values, has created changes in banking system. Now adays interst to entrepreneurial orientation is considered as one of the new strategies in organizations.  Therefore, the identification of the position of entrepreneurial orientation in a way that concerning those issues along with the enforcement of innovativeness, proactiveness, risk-taking, the  preparation of conditions entrepreneurship process can be prepared by banks. Purposely this paper focuses on the study of entrepreneurial orientation model and introduce to banking industry managers for entrepreneurial orientation development. By using random sampling, 1200 persons have been selected for study and return to 284-questioner analysis using SPSS and Lisrel softwares. The related result indicates that the strategy of entrepreneurial orientation, Organizational and cultural factors, top management support is suitable. In ither hand organizational conflict, inappropriate reward system, economic, political, values circumstance is unsuitable.
