تحلیل میان سطحی تأثیر رهبری تحولی و روابط گروه کاری بر توانایی حل مسأله و رفتارهای نوآورانه کارکنان

چکیده

این مطالعه رابطه بین سبک رهبری تحولی و روابط گروه کاری با توانایی حل مسأله و رفتار نوآورانه را در کارکنان با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی مورد بررسی قرار داده است. نمونة تحقیق شامل 383 نفر از کارکنان شهرداری­ های استان فارس بود که با روش نمونه­ گیری تصادفی طبقه­ ای انتخاب شدند. نتایج نشان دادند که روابط مثبت معناداری بین همة متغیرهای پیش بین با توانایی حل مسأله و رفتار نوآورانه کارکنان وجود دارد. علاوه بر این نتایج نشان دادند که کیفیت روابط اعضای گروه کاری از بیشترین نقش در پیش بینی توانایی حل مسأله و رفتار نوآورانه­ افراد برخوردار است.

چکیده [English]

The main goal of this study is to explain relationship between variables by Multi level approach. This study explored the relationship between Transformational leadership style and work group relationships with problem solving styles and innovative behavior. The sample consisted of 383 employees of Fars State Municipality who were selected through stratified random sampling. HLM out puts showed that there was a significant Multi level relationship between variable in individual and group levels. Simple and multiple correlations were used to analyze the data. The results indicated a significant positive correlation among all the (antecedent predictive) variables and problem solving styles and innovative behavior. In addition, the results indicated that work group relationships had the most important role in predicting problem solving styles and innovative behavior.
