In today’s complex and competitive business environment, success of organizations depend on their knowledge of their strengths and weakness and continuous improvement in their key indicators. So, achievement to a comprehensive evaluation model is the major concern of the managers of these organizations that it can help them to obtain an accurate picture of their organization and its performance. The Balanced Scored Card (BSC) is one of the efficient evaluation models that, in addition to financial evaluating of organization, it evaluates the performance of the organization from customer, internal process and learning and growth dimensions. In this study, by using the BSC and fuzzy AHP method, the effectiveness of the case study company’s strategic planning has been evaluated. For this purpose, the existing gap in performance of different BSC’s perspectives has been identified and then factors that contribute to creating these gaps have been ranked.
