تدوین الگوی سه محوری توسعه‌ صنعت گردشگری ایران با تأکید بر ورود گردشگران خارجی

چکیده

 توسعه‌ی صنعت گردشگری ایران به دلیل تأثیرپذیری از فضای جهانی این صنعت و نیز میزان توانایی‌هایی که در حوزه‌های مربوط به گردشگری از خود نشان داده است، همواره دستخوش تغییرات شدید بوده و میزان توسعه با توان بالقوه‌ی آن هم‌خوانی مناسبی ندارد. محقق در پژوهش حاضر، هدف اصلی و عمده‌ی خود را پاسخگویی به این سؤال قرار داده است که الگوی  توسعه‌ی صنعت گردشگری ایران با تأکید بر ورود گردشگران خارجی چگونه است؟ با عنایت به این موضوع، پژوهش حاضر از نظر ماهیت از نوع تحقیقات پیمایشی-اکتشافی بوده و از رویکرد دلفی و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و نیز آزمون فرض برای دست‌یابی به الگوی مورد نظر استفاده می‌کند. جامعه آماری پژوهش، متشکل از خبرگان و فعالین در صنعت گردشگری کشور است. نتیجه‌ی نهایی و اصلی تحقیق دربرگیرنده‌ی الگوی تأثیرگذار در توسعه‎ی صنعت گردشگری کشور در سه محور مبادی گردشگرفرست، حمل‌ونقل و مقاصد گردشگرپذیر داخلی است که در یک سلسله مراتب با عوامل اصلی و شاخص‌های مرتبط با آن‌ها است. این سلسله‌مراتب با اولویت‌بندی عوامل تأثیرگذار در صنعت گردشگری ایران به دست آمده است.

چکیده [English]

Iran’s tourism development has undergone extreme changes due to its taking effect of global space and also the level of its abilities in tourism –related areas; and its development does not correspond with its potential power properly. On the other hand, considering Iran’s economic conditions in new international space and increasing economic sanctions against Iran, the researcher of this thesis aims to answer the question that how Iran’s tourism development sample with emphasizing foreign tourists arrival is possible? Regarding this issue, this study is surveying- exploratory research and uses the combined approach of qualitative and quantitative research methods to reach the mentioned samples. administrators and tourism activists were selected as statistical society. The final sample of research determined the developmental dimensions of the country’s tourism with the aim of international tourists in three aspects: Those foreign countries which send tourist, Transportation, Domestic destinations for tourists. The conclusion included the factors and variables affecting the development of Iran's tourism industry in a hierarchy with primary and secondary factors and indices related to them. This hierarchy was obtained by analyzing and prioritizing the influential factors in the tourism industry of Iran.
