چکیده English

Introduction: According to the definition of ethics, ethics is a general set of rules that are very important to follow for membership in society. Also, morality guides the individual to act correctly to live in the society. These particular rules are common throughout the world and are part of a person's moral principles nurtured by family and culture. Each person has his own unique morals and ethical behavior because the culture he was born and raised in is different. After all, when we talk about someone's behavior, one of the most important factors is morality. We must live by establishing rules that make us acceptable and respected in society, whether at home, at work, or in a professional environment. In many professional settings, certain ethical terms are very important. Let's dive into those elements. Workplace ethics does not mean compliance with laws and regulations related to the workplace, but actually refers to all the principles and values that create a professional, sustainable culture and also provide better services to customers. Undoubtedly, ethics in the workplace plays an essential role in the growth and development of the company. For this reason, employers and employees should pay special attention to this issue. Values such as respect for colleagues, privacy, cooperation, honesty, responsibility and justice are among the things that should be considered in the workplace. As a result, by observing these issues and following ethical principles in the work environment, one can enjoy the sustainable growth and development of the company as well as improving relations with customers. Professional ethics is a branch of applied ethics that deals with ethical issues in the profession. Professional ethics acts as the knowledge of solving the ethical problems of the organization and explaining the ethical obligations and responsibilities of the organization. There is a challenge in the definition of professional ethics, which is that professional ethics has a dynamic nature, and this requires changes in the definition. This issue is evident in the professional ethics approaches discussed below. Professional ethics create responsibilities for employees and organizations towards those who are their communication parties.
Methodology: The current research has been carried out to identifying and structurally analyze the mutual influence of effective drivers on the future of professional ethics in Iran's business environment. Therefore, after carrying out library studies reviewing authentic documents and sources, and interviewing experts, a list of key trends affecting the future of professional ethics in Iran's business ecosystem was obtained, and using the Delphi method, macro- The trends were reduced from 75 items to 65 items and then using the structural analysis method, the mutual influence matrix was designed and by forming a panel including 9 experts and their consensus opinions about the influence of factors on each other, it was entered into the matrix. By analyzing the data obtained from the matrix with Mikmac software, the influence and effectiveness of each factor have been evaluated.
Results and Discussion: Based on this, uncertainties or key (strategic) trends were identified and it has been determined that trends such as the quality of laws and regulations, the salary and wage system in Iran's business environment, historical cultural problems such as individualism, spirituality in the work environment, International political and economic sanctions, government intervention in the economy, one-dimensionality of Iranian culture, underground economy, weakness of meritocracy, lack of commitment to moral values, lack of proper laws in the economic and banking fields, money laundering, quality of life Work, smuggling, organizational justice in Iran's business environment and financial indiscipline have the greatest impact on the future of professional ethics in Iran's business environment.
Conclusion: Professional ethics increases productivity, increases job satisfaction, reduces absenteeism, and increases work speed, which results in the success of the organization in achieving its goals. Therefore, professional ethics discusses the responsibility of the organization or company as a legal unit towards all elements of the internal and external environment of the organization. Compilation of the ethical charter of employees, which includes the cultural values of the society and the desired ethics of the organization, is one of the fields raised in this regard; The management of ethical values in the work environment strengthens the cohesion and balance of the organizational culture, improves trust in the relationships between individuals and groups, and by following more standards, it will improve the quality of products and ultimately increase profits. Therefore, the role of ethics in the workplace is a key factor that promotes the improvement of working relationships, building trust, maintaining credibility and effective cooperation, and helps to achieve positive results in the performance and effectiveness of the organization.
