This article seeks to design a strategic performance management model in large engineering organizations (Case study: Khatam al-Anbia Construction Camp) in order to benefit from it. For this purpose, by reviewing previous researches by content analysis method, a basic conceptual model was extracted. Then, by forming a Delphi panel in two groups of 25 and 15 people and three rounds of its implementation, a consensus was reached on the components, as a result of which 14 factors affecting the strategic performance management of the camp were identified. The obtained factors were the basis for preparing the questionnaire by interpretive structural modeling. At this stage, among the panel members, 25 managers and specialists were identified to determine the type of relationship and prioritize the identification factors and the final model was identified. And was structured. SPSS22, ISM2.0 and MATLAB software were used to analyze the data. The results of structural analysis in the final model show that the factor of strategic goals is the most fundamental factor among other factors, considering the stakeholders. Finally, it can be concluded that the proposed model answers all the main and sub-questions of the research and is compatible with the strategic performance management characteristics of large engineering organizations (Khatam al-Anbia (PBUH) construction site) and is a reliable model.
