Abstract

Gain competitive advantage in today's turbulent world of the most important challenges facing managers of organizations and newtheories and approaches for overcoming them are discussed. Dynamic capabilities are one of the views over nearly a decade as a complementary approach to resource-based theory of strategy is presented. The aim of this study was to look at this conceptand its impact on the organization and functioning of the organization. this study is a descriptive survey. The population of the CEO, board members and deputies and experts of Iran's telecommunications subsidiary company, The variables measuring 66 questionnaires were distributed among the target population. Validity using confirmatory factor analysis and reliability was determined using Cronbach's alpha. In order to analyze the data and test hypoTheses using partial least square was used and the direction and intensity of the relationships between structures of key resources and other key resources, dynamic capabilities and performance of the firms studied. The results of This study, The influence of organizational resources and dynamic capabilities on firm performance dynamic capabilities and the role of mediation revealed.
