Abstract

Todays, and have flexibility is an inevitable necessary. The best known of strategies in this area is process reengineering. Differentiation conditions are a matter of survival and without reflection and fundamental changes in the economic life of the tasks cannot be continued. Reengineering becomes a necessary in Changing strategies, goals and policies. This article investigated the role of reengineering in achieving the strategic planning goals in a sample. This study, based on aim, is an applicable research, and based on data collection method, it is a descriptive research. Also to investigate the correlation chi-square and D Samerz test was used .the results showed a direct and positive relationship between reengineering and strategic planning. So that with increasing organizational processes reengineering, significant changes to enhance and improve the organizations strategic planning goals were created.
