Abstract

Safety is one of the main sub management systems in hazardous industry. So sustainable development and competitiveness of Industrial Corporation depend on proper institualization with regard to petrochemicalindustriesnecessities. To achievementioned goal in the first step performance criteria and sub criteria, Then by Meta analyzing previous researches criteria weights were identified. Finally by DEMATEL-ANP mixed method safety management system (SMS) were ranked. Result of research reveals that safety culture, process and employ are the main criteria, in addition OHSAS18001, ANSIZ10 an HSG65 arethe most preferable SMS in mentionedcase. It is obvious that implementation of each management system depend on time, cost and desired quality. In this research Because of our Islamic world view and thought, employee safety and health trade off by time and cost criteria were surrendered.
