Abstract
The paper's aim is to explain the knowledge and science development patterns based on theories building on infrastructure level and to present diamond and experience theories for upgrading the national – domestic knowledge. Thus, the paper's framework belongs to an especial knowledge and science Islamic recognition methods. The research method is descriptive one for presenting cause and effect reasons under modern and exploratory statements. The theoretical statements are the initial method for writing the paper contents. The scientific results of the paper show the Islamic knowledge' experience and science theories, models and mechanism have a very challengeable new perspective and explorations for K. E S. respect to western viewpoints.
