Understanding the actors in formulating a public policy affecting the implementation of administrative health policies

Abstract
The purpose of the present study is to identify the actors of formulating a public policy affecting the implementation of administrative health policies in the executive agencies of Khuzestan province in order to present a model. In this study, a public policy formulation questionnaire with 51 questions and Cronbach's alpha of 0.815 and a questionnaire of administrative system health with Cronbach's alpha of 0.790 with 74 questions were used. The statistical population consisted of 15 experts in the formulation stage of policy actors and 10377 executives in the policy implementation section who were selected by simple stratified sampling of 382 individuals. Spss 22 and Amos 22 software were used for data analysis. Findings showed that public policy formulation actors included thirteen actors divided into formal and informal actors and administrative system health policies consisted of fourteen policies. The results also showed that there is a significant relationship between the actors of public policy formulation and implementation of administrative policies. Finally, the optimal model was presented.
