Processes and Elements for Formation of Institution Functional Strategies

Abstract

In functional strategies codification of strategic management models we need to define and preference the common processes and their elements. Although prestigious organizations and researchers have done researches in order to satisfy what mentioned, there is not yet a clear and integrated instruction which considers proceedings of all these attemptes process orientedly. This article with considering all of these attemptes, first defines the most important common and mutual scopes for codifying functional strategies, next considers primary preferences for elements of mentioned scopes and, finally provides a schematic of preferencing of processes and their elements.
