Abstract

This research  analyses the influence of employees collaboration in strategic planning practices on their opinions of SHRM issues. Initially, we identify the essential subjects of shrm. Then we classify the most suitable alternatives for each subject comparing with the strategic plan of this company and ask the staff to prioritize these alternatives. The staff belong on two control and examination group. The examination group consists of people who had participated in meetings of strategic planning and strategy cascading. In  contrast, the people of control group had not participated in these meetings. The statistical results confirm that the subjects which have been brought up in strategy meetings explicitly, have changed the personnel Perception. But the subjects which have been brought up implicitly and there was not any conclusion about them, can not influence the perspective of staff.
