Organizational Performance Improvement, the Strategy Implementation and the Organizational Learning

Abstract

The important capital of the organization, including who have a creativesmind and dynamics. The prospect of implementation the strategy, the creative capital should play a major role to finally determine which strategy should formulated and finally implemented. But be aware that the creation of innovative investment, people should be placed in an environment of continuous learning to improve their innovation ability. As a result, organizational learning should be used as a lever in the implementation of the strategy. Since the company's strategies are not well implemented, the need for improved methods. In this regard, the present study was to evaluate the implementation of the strategy on organizational performance with emphasis on the role of mediator to reach organizational learning. After reading previous research, According to the purpose, a conceptual framework is presented in the context of  Gomez’s organizational learning model (2005) and okumus’s strategy implementation (2003) is used. The results of the mediating role of organizational learning in the effective implementation of the strategy on organizational performance has confirmed.
