The purpose of this study is to explain the strategy of differentiating the home appliance industry based on entrepreneurial leadership and competitive intelligence with a structural equation modeling approach. The present study is descriptive-correlation which has been done by survey method. The statistical population of this study includes home appliance industry managers whose sample size 384 people using Morgan table. The main tool of this research is a questionnaire whose validity has been evaluated using confirmatory factor analysis test and its reliability has been evaluated through Cronbach's alpha test. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for all variables was calculated higher than 0.7, . In order to evaluate the sample adequacy for factor analysis, the sample adequacy index (KMO) has been used, . The Bartlett Sphericity test was used to test the hypothesis that the correlation matrix is a single matrix. . To measure the significance of the hypothesis, the Sobel test was used. The results show a strong and favorable correlation between these two variables of entrepreneurial leadership on the differentiation strategy. Also, due to the greater effect of the indirect path than the direct path, the existence of the mediating variable increased the effect and the mediating role in the second hypothesis was confirmed. The Sobel test showed that the mediating variable of competitive intelligence has a significant role in the impact of the entrepreneurial leadership variable on the differentiation strategy.
