Our sample is composed of 170 managers, supervisors and experts in the 8 different deputies of Esfahan municipality. The required data is gathered through a questionnaire with 0.996 Chronbach’s alpha coefficient and considering stratified random sampling method. We have used paired comparison test of the average for our analysis. Our results show that according to managers, supervisors and experts points of view in Esfahan municipality there is an alignment gap in all four mentioned areas, in a way that governance from the first area, applied systems from the second, IT architecture from the third and training from the forth area had the largest alignment gap between all indices. در پژوهش حاضر شکاف همسویی راهبرد های فناوری اطلاعات با راهبرد های شهرداری کلانشهر اصفهان در ابعاد، 1. مدیریت و راهبری در سه شاخص نظارت و اعمال سطح اختیار، مشارکت و مدیریت ارتباطات، 2. سیستم های کاربردی و خدمات الکترونیکی در دو شاخص معماری کسب و کار و سیستم های کاربردی، 3. زیرساخت فنی در دو شاخص معماری فناوری اطلاعات و سیستم های اطلاعاتی و 4. نیروی انسانی، فرهنگ سازی و آموزش در سه شاخص مهارت نیروی انسانی، فرهنگ و آموزش، آسیب شناسی شده است. نمونۀ پژوهش شامل 170 نفر از مدیران، سرپرستان و کارشناسان هشت حوزه معاونت شهرداری کلانشهر اصفهان بود که اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق ارسال پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0/966 با در نظر گرفتن روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای، جمع آوری شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از آزمون مقایسه میانگین زوجی استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین وضعیت موجود و وضعیت مطلوب همسویی راهبردی از نظر مدیران، سرپرستان و کارشناسان شهرداری کلانشهر اصفهان در چهار بعد همسویی راهبردی، شکاف وجود دارد، به طوری که شاخص-های نظارت و اعمال سطح اختیار از بعد اول، سیستم های کاربردی از بعد دوم، معماری فناوری اطلاعات از بعد سوم و آموزش از بعد چهارم، بیشترین شکاف همسویی راهبردی را داشتند. https://www.smsjournal.ir/article_88863_a621efaaba2ded5a8727db161094fe88.pdf
