Hence the research ahead deals with the planning and strategy development for identifying and ranking 14 effective factors. To analyze the obtained data SPSS and for ranking the factors Friedman test has been used. Among these back, guarantee profits, capital, preventing the confiscation, and nationalization are the most important priority. با در نظر داشتن این واقعیت که بهبود چرخۀ اقتصادی کشور، در گرو رشد اقتصادی شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط آن کشور است، توجه به اهمیت سرمایه‌گذاری در این بخش و نیز تدوین راهبردی برای جذب سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی در این شرکت‌ها، می‌تواند به‌عنوان محرک مؤثری در این عرصه قلمداد گردد. این برنامه‌ریزی و تدوین راهبرد به شناسایی 14 عامل مؤثر در این پژوهش و اولویت‌بندی آن‌ها منجر می‌شود. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده از طریق پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد در نرم‌افزار SPSS و از طریق آزمون فریدمن و با تحلیل‌های رگرسیونی به اطلاعاتی با ترتیب اولویت آن‌ها، جهت ارزیابی و تفسیر تبدیل‌شده است؛ که از این میان تضمین برگشت سود و اصل سرمایه و جلوگیری از مصادره و ملی کردن آن از اولویت بالایی برخوردار است. https://www.smsjournal.ir/article_88650_d2c0cd6014c31fd62570ce2d3388f401.pdf
