If the Ministry is responsible for knowledge management, must be able to make it in better condition on their organization. This study is seeking for response to the question whether there is a significant relationship between intellectual capital to create and transfer knowledge and the creation and transfer of knowledge and intellectual capital of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology? The research hypotheses are: there is a relation between the creation and transfer of knowledge and intellectual capital (main hypothesis) as well as there is a relation between human, structure and communication factors and the creation and transfer of knowledge within the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (three sub-hypothesis). The population of the research staff of the Ministry of Science, among them 227 subjects were selected by cluster sampling method. Research Tool was a questionnaire (alpha= 0/864) and the results shows that human, structure and communication factors has a relation whit creation and transfer of knowledge in SRT ministry.      وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فن­آوری متولی تولید علم و دانش، توسعه و گسترش پژوهش در کشور است و دانش یک منبع اصلی و سرمایه سازمانی در این وزارت است. درصورتی­که وزارت علوم متولی مدیریت دانش کشور باشد، ابتدا باید خود بتواند مدیریت دانش مناسبی را در سازمان خود ایجاد کند. این پژوهش با پاسخ به این سوال‌­ها که آیا سرمایه فکری با خلق و انتقال دانش رابطه معناداری دارد؟ و این­که وضعیت عوامل سرمایه فکری و خلق و انتقال دانش در وزارت علوم تحقیقات و فن­آوری چگونه است؟ انجام شده است. فرضیه‌های پژوهش عبارت­اند از: بین سرمایه فکری و خلق و انتقال دانش رابطه معنا‌داری وجود دارد (فرضیه اصلی) و همچنین بین عوامل انسانی، ساختاری و ارتباطی و خلق و انتقال دانش در وزارت علوم تحقیقات و فن­آوری رابطه معنا‌داری وجود دارد (سه فرضیه فرعی). جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان وزارت علوم است و از بین آن­ها 227 نفر به­عنوان نمونه آماری از طریق نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شد. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود که روایی آن براساس آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 864/0 بوده و نتایج نشان می‌دهد که هر سه مولفه انسانی، ساختاری و ارتباطی با خلق و انتقال دانش در وزارت علوم ارتباط معناداری دارد. https://www.smsjournal.ir/article_87997_42dfe7995107a551bada87b685acf285.pdf
