چکیده

 امروزه کیفیت زندگی کاری یک مفهوم جهانی در مرحله مدیریت منابع انسانی و توسعه سازمانی مورد تأمل قرار گرفته و تأمین و ارتقاء آن کلید اصلی موفقیت هر سازمان به شمار می­رود. هدف اصلی این پژوهش ارائه راهبردهایی در راستای ارتقای کیفیت زندگی کاری کارکنان مشاغل دولتی بود. پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه کارکنان شعب یکی از بانک­های دولتی شهر تهران در سال 1394 تشکیل دادند. نمونه پژوهش شامل 330 کارمند است که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به صورت تصادفی طبقه­ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع­آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه­ محقق ساخته که روایی و پایایی آن مورد آزمون قرارگرفته بود، استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده­ها از روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و از روش معادلات ساختاری خطی و نرم افزار LISREL استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون نشان‌دهنده‌ آن است که عوامل مدیریتی، عوامل ساختاری، عوامل اقتصادی، عوامل اجتماعی، عوامل روان‌شناختی و عوامل فرهنگی تاثیر معنا­داری بر کیفیت زندگی داشتند و در زیر مؤلفه­ها نیز همه عوامل مورد بررسی به غیر از متغیر پرورش استعداد و مهارت در زیر مؤلفه عوامل مدیریتی و متغیر تضاد سازمانی در زیر مؤلفه عامل ساختاری همگی تاثیر معناداری داشتند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of the present research is to provide Strategies to improve the quality of work life of employees of public sector. This is a survey study. The population of this research are all employees of the state banks in Tehran in 2015. The research sample include 330 employees who were selected by using Cochran formula and Stratified random sampling method. Data were collected with “Work Quality of Life " Questionnaire who were developed by the researcher. To analyze the hypothesis of confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling linear and mail tool used LISREL. Test results show that structural factors, psychological factors, managerial factors, social factors Economic factors and cultural factors had a significant impact on quality of life and also the sub-components of each of the non-variable expect component of talent and skills in the managerial factors and organizational conflicts in structural factor had a significant impact.
