تحلیل ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های تجاری‌سازی محصولات شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان در بستر فن‌بازارها

چکیده

تجاری‌سازی، فرآیندی غیرخطی و پیچیده مستلزم ایفای نقش بازیگران و عوامل مختلف با توانمندی‌های متفاوت است. فن‌بازار یکی از ابزارهایی است که با هدف سهولت در اجرا و محقق شدن سیاست‌های اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان و تجاری‌سازی محصولات در این حوزه به وجود آمده و در واقع، سامانه‌ای برای هدایت و نظارت بر مبادلات فناوری است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبیین و تحلیل نقش فن‌بازار در تجاری‌سازی محصولات دانش‌بنیان از طریق شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر تجاری‌سازی در بستر فن‌بازار می‌باشد. روش پژوهش آمیخته است و از کسب نظر خبرگان حوزه فناوری برای دستیابی به ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر تجاری‌سازی در بستر فن‌بازار استفاده شده است. نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نشان داد که از میان 43 شاخص شناسایی شده مؤثر در تجاری‌سازی محصولات دانش‌بنیان در بستر فن‌بازار پس از چرخش متغیرها در نهایت 9 عامل شناسایی شدند که در مجموع 74/80 درصد از واریانس را تبیین نمودند. عوامل «بازاریابی فناوری»، «مشاوره و انتقال فناوری» و «عوامل حقوقی و تأمین مالی» به ترتیب در رتبه‌های نخست نقش فن‌بازار در تجاری‌سازی محصولات دانش‌بینان قرار گرفتند.

Commercialization as a nonlinear and complex process requires the role of different actors and agents with different abilities. One of the mechanisms that has been used to facilitate the implementation and realization of knowledge-based economy policies and the commercialization of products in this field is 'technology market "Techno market" as a technology for guidance and monitoring of technology Exchanges. The aim research objective is to explain the role of knowledge in the market of technology commercialization through identifying and Foundation products ranking factors affecting commercialization technology platform in the market. In this study, by considering Delphi technique and the opinion of experts tried to achieve the technology of component dimensions and influencing the market in the context of technology Commercialization. After the identification of the agents, the questionnaire distributed among the population, the component identified by the exploratory factor analysis rating. The results of the exploratory factor analysis showed that among the 43 identified effective index in the commercialization of knowledge in the context of Foundation products after-market fan spin variables, eventually operating detected 9 that in the total percentage of the variance of the jurist manmodend 80.738. That "Technology marketing", "consulting and technology transfer" and legal supply and financial factors to rank order of the role of the market in technology commercialization is the founder of knowledge products.
