مدیریت دانش در سازمان های تولیدی برای رسیدن به کلاس جهانی
سازمانهای کلاس جهانی، نسل جدیدی از سازمانها هستند که نتیجه تغییر در دنیای کسب و کار امروزی اند. این تغییرات باعث شده تا پارادایم سازمانی نیز تغییر یابد، پارادایم جدید، سازمانهای خاص خود را طلب می کند که امروزه به سازمانهای کلاس جهانی شهرت یافته اند.
از سوی دیگر با گذر از اقتصاد سنتی مبتنی بر منابع به اقتصاد مبتنی بر دانش، دانش به یکی از دارائیهای اساسی سازمانها تبدیل شده و مدیریت آن امری ضروری به نظر میرسد. مدیریت دانش بیش ازآنکه یک تفکر درباره چگونگی اداره یک سازمان باشد، یک دارایی راهبردی برای سازمان است. در اقتصاد نوین، دانش منبع اصلی توسعه اقتصادی و صنعتی است. ازاینرو سازمانهایی که به فعالیت در کلاس جهانی می اندیشند، لازم است که برای مدیریت دانش ارزش و اهمیت خاصی قائل شوند. ازاینرو هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی نقش مدیریت دانش در سازمانهای تولیدی برای رسیدن به کلاس جهانی است. برای این منظور از آزمون همبستگی استفاده شده است،. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، شرکت راهان توان استان زنجان بوده. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات شامل مطالعه ادبیات تحقیق، و پرسشنامه است. تأیید آزمون فرضیه ها، ارتباط معنادار و مثبت مدیریت دانش با کاهش هزینه ها، افزایش کیفیت محصولات، نوآوری و بهبود مستمر و رسیدن به کلاس جهانی در سازمانهای تولیدی را به اثبات می رساند.

تعیین راهبردهای نوین بانکداری در میزان پذیرش کاربران سرویس بانکداری همراه در بانکهای خصوصی
بانکداری همراه امکانی است که در بسیاری از کشورها فراهم شده است این نوع پرداخت به دلیل راحتی استفاده، دست یابی همگانی و سریع به گوشی های تلفن همراه و استفاده دائمی افراد از آنها مورد توجه می باشد. از طرفی امروزه برنامه ریزی راهبردی در بخش خصوصی توسعه یافته است. رویکردهای برنامه ریزی راهبردی که در بخش خصوصی تدوین شدهاند میتوانند به سازمانهای خصوصی و غیرانتفاعی و هم چنین جوامع و دیگر نهادها کمک نمایند. بانک های خصوصی نیز یکی از این سازمان های خصوصی می باشند. از طرفی دیگر نگرانیهای زیادی در مورد تأثیر بانکداری همراه و ارائه خدمات به صورت الکترونیکی بر پذیرش مشتریان وجود دارد. در تحقیق حاضر، پذیرش در قالب پارامترهایی از قبیل استفاده، دردسترس بودن، سرعت و امنیت تعریف می گردد که به خصوصیات فردی شامل جنس، سن، درآمد، سطح تحصیلات، استفاده از اینترنت، توجه به تبلیغات و بالاخره میزان خطر پذیری افراد وابسته است. هدف اصلی در این مقاله کشف روابط میان میزان پذیرش سرویس بانکداری همراه با تفاوتهای فردی است که این نتایج سبب تعیین راهبردهای بانکداری در جهت جذب مشتری هایی با پتانسیل بیشتر میشود. داده های مورد نیاز مقاله با پرسش از کاربران سرویس بانکداری همراه بانکهای خصوصی در ایران و تجربیات مدیران در سازمانهای مدیریت و برنامه ریزی کشور جمع آوری شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روشهای هوشمندانه داده کاوی و درخت تصمیم استفاده گردیده است. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد که عامل ریسک پذیری مشتریان در پذیرش سرویس بانکداری همراه تأثیر معناداردارد.

آسیب شناسی شکاف همسویی راهبرد های فناوری اطلاعات با راهبردهای سازمانی
در پژوهش حاضر شکاف همسویی راهبرد های فناوری اطلاعات با راهبرد های شهرداری کلانشهر اصفهان در ابعاد، 1. مدیریت و راهبری در سه شاخص نظارت و اعمال سطح اختیار، مشارکت و مدیریت ارتباطات، 2. سیستم های کاربردی و خدمات الکترونیکی در دو شاخص معماری کسب و کار و سیستم های کاربردی، 3. زیرساخت فنی در دو شاخص معماری فناوری اطلاعات و سیستم های اطلاعاتی و 4. نیروی انسانی، فرهنگ سازی و آموزش در سه شاخص مهارت نیروی انسانی، فرهنگ و آموزش، آسیب شناسی شده است. نمونۀ پژوهش شامل 170 نفر از مدیران، سرپرستان و کارشناسان هشت حوزه معاونت شهرداری کلانشهر اصفهان بود که اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق ارسال پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0/966 با در نظر گرفتن روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای، جمع آوری شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از آزمون مقایسه میانگین زوجی استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین وضعیت موجود و وضعیت مطلوب همسویی راهبردی از نظر مدیران، سرپرستان و کارشناسان شهرداری کلانشهر اصفهان در چهار بعد همسویی راهبردی، شکاف وجود دارد، به طوری که شاخص-های نظارت و اعمال سطح اختیار از بعد اول، سیستم های کاربردی از بعد دوم، معماری فناوری اطلاعات از بعد سوم و آموزش از بعد چهارم، بیشترین شکاف همسویی راهبردی را داشتند.

نظریه زمان و آینده پژوهی براساس نظریه فهم و درک
هدف این مقاله پایهریزی مبانی و اصول نظریه آینده پژوهشی دانش بنیان براساس الگوی نظریهپردازی دربارة بنیان های فهم، درک و زمان است. رویکرد نوشتن مقاله، توصیفی استدلالی، بدیهه گرایی و علتیابی است، لذا با تبیین گزارة فهم و درک، آن را زیربنای پیشبرد تمام امور معرفی کرده سپس مولفة زمان را به صورت یک پدیدة اصلی و مستقل با چند قضیه معرفی کرده؛ سپس، هدف، جوهره، رسالت، نقش، سازوکار و رفتار زمان تبیین میشود. پس از این نظریه، اصول موضوعه و فنون آینده پژوهی به همراه پیش فرضها و رویکردهای آینده پژوهی، آموزههای کلیدی و ذهنهای چندگانه، تشریح میشود. در نهایت، این نتایج به دست میآید اگر فهم و درک به خوبی شناخته و معماری شود میتوان آن را مدیریت کرد. با سازوکار فهم و درک درست میتوان پدیدة حیات، مرکب و شاهراه زمان را شناخت، نقش و سازوکارهای آن را تدوین و مورد بهرهگیری قرار داد. آنگاه ساختمان آینده را از درون زمان بیرون آورد، آینده پژوهی اگر چه شرح و توصیفی از جلوههای زمانهای بالقوه با خصیصههای مورد انتظار است اما روشی نظاممند نیاز دارد تا آن را بر پایههای راهبرد و بزرگراههای زمان پیشنگر با مبانی فکری و اعتقادی، شایستگی، تواصی به حق و شکیبایی، صبوری و استقامت جستجو، طراحی، تعبیه و تحقق بخشید.

قابلیت های مهندسی مجدد برای بهبود راهبردهای رقابتی
هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی قابلیتهای مهندسی مجدد برای افزایش توان رقابتی شرکتها است. در این راستا شش فرضیه مطرح شده است که به بررسی وضعیت شش عامل مدیریتی "حمایت مدیریت ارشد، انطباق قابلیتها، کارتیمی، مشارکت، انطباق سیستمهای مدیریتی پشتیبان، مقاومت در برابر تغییر" در زمینه پیاده سازی موفق مهندسی مجدد فرایندها جهت بهبود راهبردهای رقابتی می پردازد.
روش تحقیق، توصیفی- پیمایشی است و جامعه آماری شامل 304 نفر از کلیه کارکنان(به استثنای کارکنان خدماتی) شرکت صنایع بین المللی برق ارس بوده است. حجم نمونه به دست آمده 142 نفر می باشد که به روش تصادفی ساده از جامعه مورد نظر انتخاب شده است. در این تحقیق از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. پایایی آن به روش آلفای کرونباخ 0/88 به دست آمده است و برای روایی نیزنظرات اساتید و خبرگان از بعد محتوایی بررسی شد. متغیرهای آن از طریق آمار توصیفی و آزمونهای تی، فریدمن و همبستگی رتبه ای اسپیرمن مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. در نتیجه این تحقیق، برای 5 فرضیه مقدار آماره آزمون بیش از 3 بوده، یعنی5 فرضیه پذیرفته و تنها یک فرضیه (مقاومت در برابر تغییر) رد شد. همچنین از دیدگاه کارکنان شرکت صنایع بین المللی برق ارس میزان آمادگی عوامل و شاخصهای مدیریتی در پیاده سازی مهندسی مجدد فرایندها یکسان نیست. و تمامی عوامل فوق بریکدیگر تأثیر مستقیم و غیر مستقیم دارند.

ارائه الگویی برای تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد صادراتی براساس راهبرد رقابتی تمایز در صنعت کانی غیر فلزی
هدف از انجام این تحقیق طراحی و تبیین الگویی به منظور تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد صادراتی براساس راهبرد تمایز درصنعت کانی غیر فلزی(با رویکرد مبتنی بر منابع)کشور است. در این راستا رویکردهای موجود در حوزه تعیین کننده های عملکرد صادراتی که شامل رویکرد اقتضایی، رویکرد شبکه تعاملات کسب و کار و رویکرد مبتنی بر منابع است، شناسایی شد. در این مطالعه، محقق با استفاده از رویکرد منابع، روابط بین اجزای رویکرد منابع سازمان، راهبردهای رقابتی(تمایز) و عملکرد صادراتی را که سازههای اصل تحقیق هستند، بررسی میکند. این تحقیق در پی این هدف است که چگونه منابع به طور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم (با استفاده از راهبرد رقابتی تمایز) منجر به سطوح بالای عملکرد میشود. الگوی مفهومی تحقیق حاضر در واقع سه عنصر عمده در مدیریت راهبردی، یعنی محیط داخلی (منابع، قابلیتها و سیستمهای رقابتی سازمان)، راهبرد رقابتی و عملکرد را با هم ادغام میکند. تعداد 300 پرسشنامه توزیع شد که از این تعداد 285 پرسشنامه قابلیت تجزیه و تحلیل داشتند. از این تعداد براساس روش تحلیل خوشه ای و روش میانگین سؤالات راهبرد موردنظر تعداد124 پرسشنامه در سطح راهبرد تمایز، 91 پرسشنامه در سطح راهبرد تمرکز و 70 تا نیز در سطح راهبرد حداقل هزینه قرار گرفتند. در این تحقیق فقط الگوی به دست آمده براساس راهبرد تمایز بررسی می شود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده های پرسشنامه تحقیق نیز با استفاده از تکنیکهای تحلیل عاملی و الگوسازی معادلات ساختاریافته اصلاح و پس از تعدیل به تأیید رسید. براساس نتایج حاصل، تمامی فرضیه های تأیید شده و از میان اجزای رویکرد مبتنی بر منابع، منابع رقابتی دارای بیشترین تأثیر(40%) بر عملکرد صادراتی است.

الگویی برای همسویی راهبرد عملیات و راهبرد کسب و کار در سازمانهای تولیدی ایران
راهبرد در سه سطح کلان شرکت، واحدهای کسب وکاروبخشهای وظیفهای تعریف میشود. چگونگی همسویی این سه سطح برای موفقیت سازمانها اهمیت دارد. یکی ازواحدهای وظیفه ای که مسئولیت تولید محصولات رابه عهده دارد عملیات است.حال سؤال آن است که همسویی راهبرد عملیات با راهبردی کسب وکار راچگونه میتوان ایجاد کرد. بدین منظورالگویی ارایه میشود که باآن به چگونگی انجام همسویی پاسخ داده شود. الگو ازسازههای راهبرد کسب وکار، ابعاد رقابتی وحوزههای تصمیمات راهبردی عملیات تشکیل شده است. برای تبیین الگو ابتدا این سؤال مطرح است که باتوجه به نوع راهبرد کسب وکار کدام بعد رقابتی انتخاب میشود و سپس براساس بعدرقابتی منتخب راهبردهای عملیات مناسب کدامند. برای پاسخ به این سؤالات 160 شرکت در صنایع غذایی و شیمیایی انتخاب و مورد تحقیق قرارگرفتهاند. تحقیق از منظر هدف، کاربردی است. برای تحلیل دادهها نیز، ابتدابا روش توصیفی-پیمایشی، نوع راهبرد کسب وکار، بعد رقابتی و راهبرد عملیات مورد استفاده هر شرکت در نمونه آماری مشخص گردید. سپس با استفاده از روش توصیفی- همبستگی، ارتباط بین آنها مشخص شد تا مدل عملیاتی همسویی به دست آید. برای به دست آوردن روابط همسویی، مراحلی تدوین شده که برآن اساس برای هر شرکت یک کد و بر اساس مشابهت کدها 25گونه همسویی مشخص شد. نتایج بیانگر آن است که عملکرد شرکتها با توجه به گونه همسویی راهبرد آنها متفاوت میباشد .به عبارت دیگر همسویی در بین شرکتهای موفق وناموفق به شکل معناداری متفاوت است. از25 گونه همسویی با در نظر گرفتن عملکرد، هفتگونه همسویی مناسب تشخیص داده شد و از آنها برای تبیین الگوی عملیاتی همسویی استفاده شد. نتایج همچنین از رویکرد مصالحه درابعاد رقابتی حمایت میکند.
