تحلیل میان سطحی تأثیر رهبری تحولی و روابط گروه کاری بر توانایی حل مسأله و رفتارهای نوآورانه کارکنان
این مطالعه رابطه بین سبک رهبری تحولی و روابط گروه کاری با توانایی حل مسأله و رفتار نوآورانه را در کارکنان با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی مورد بررسی قرار داده است. نمونة تحقیق شامل 383 نفر از کارکنان شهرداری های استان فارس بود که با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. نتایج نشان دادند که روابط مثبت معناداری بین همة متغیرهای پیش بین با توانایی حل مسأله و رفتار نوآورانه کارکنان وجود دارد. علاوه بر این نتایج نشان دادند که کیفیت روابط اعضای گروه کاری از بیشترین نقش در پیش بینی توانایی حل مسأله و رفتار نوآورانه افراد برخوردار است.

تأثیر برنامه ریزی راهبردی مشارکتی در برداشت های کارکنان
این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر مشارکت کارکنان در فعالیت های مربوط به برنامه ریزی راهبردی بر نگرش آنان از موضوعات راهبردی در حوزه مسائل راهبردی مدیریت منابع انسانی، می پردازد. بدین منظور ابتدا تلاش شده است تا مسائل اساسی مرتبط با حوزه مدیریت راهبردی منابع انسانی، شناسایی شود. سپس مناسبترین گزینه ها برای هر یک از این موضوعات، متناسب با برنامه راهبردی شرکت مورد مطالعه، استخراج شده و نظرات کارکنان، در خصوص میزان اولویت هر یک از این گزینه ها اخذ گردیده است. پاسخ دهندگان از دو گروه تیم برنامه ریزی راهبردی و تیم سایر همتایان انتخاب شده اند. تیم برنامه ریزی راهبردی متشکل از افرادی هستند که به صورت فعال در جلسات و مباحث مربوط به مطالعات راهبردی و جاری سازی راهبردها مشارکت داشته اند. در مقابل افراد تیم سایر همتایان از بین کارکنانی انتخاب شده اند که در این نشستها، حضور نداشته اند. سپس میزان تفاوت در نگرش های این دو گروه مورد آزمون آماری قرار گرفته است.
نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد آن دسته از مسائلی که به طور تصریحی در جلسات راهبردی مورد بحث و تصمیم گیری قرار گرفته اند، به تغییر نگرش افراد مشارکت کننده در این جلسات، در مقایسه با دیگر کارکنان، منجر شده است. در مقابل موضوعاتی که به صورت تلویحی مورد بحث قرار گرفته و جمع بندی بخصوصی در مورد آنها انجام نشده است، در تغییر نگرش افراد مشارکت کننده نسبت به سایر کارکنان، مؤثر نبوده است.

توسعه الگوی مزیت رقابتی پورتر و کاربرد آن در صنعت پتروشیمی ایران
تبیین الگو یا الگوهای مزیت رقابتی از دوران اقتصاد کلاسیک تا کنون و در سطوح مختلف (ملی، صنعت، بنگاه) مورد توجه جدی صاحب نظران علم مدیریت و اقتصاد بوده است، به گونهای که تشخیص منابع مزیت رقابتی و تدوین راهبردهایی برای حفظ و توسعه آن از جمله موضوعات محوری دانش مدیریت در سالهای اخیر است. هدف اصلی این مقاله نیز تبیین یکی از نظریات مشهور پیرامون الگوی مزیت رقابتی یعنی الگوی پورتر است تا نشان دهد که آیا این الگو در کشوری مانند ایران که دارای اقتصاد مسلط دولتی است کاربرد دارد یا خیر؟ و اگر ضرورت دارد که الگو را تعدیل نماییم چه تعدیلی باید در آن صورت بگیرد؟ و لذا از نظر روششناسی یک تحقیق توسعهای- کاربردی محسوب میشود. نتایج به دست آمده نشان میدهد که الگوی پورتر در قالب دو الگو برای بالادست صنعت و پاییندست صنعت باید توسعه یافته و اصلاح شود که در قالب این دو الگو مناسبترین الگو برای تشخیص منابع مزیت رقابتی جهت صنعت پتروشیمی ایران شناسایی و ارائه گردیده است.

طراحی الگوی فرایندی تدوین راهبردی پابرجا در شرایط عدم قطعیت
هدف این مقاله طراحی الگوی فرایندی تدوین راهبرد پابرجا با استفاده از نظریه شبکه و تکنیک الگوسازی ساختاری تفسیری است. الگوی پابرجا، نوع خاصی از راهبرد است که در برابر حالات مختلف محیطی همچنان مقبول و معنادار است و هر کدام از حالات ناپایدار محیطی که رخ دهد، این راهبرد پایدار است. این الگو ترکیبی از نُه تکنیک دیگر است. تکنیکهای نُه گانه عبارت اند از تصمیم گیری پابرجا، تحلیل ذی نفعان و برنامه ریزی راهبردی ذی نفع محور، برنامه ریزی برپایه مفروضات، تحلیل حالات و اثرات خطا، تحلیل درخت خطا، تحلیل مسایل بالقوه، تحلیل اثرات جانبی راه حل، برنامه ریزی حساس به عدم قطعیت، برنامه ریزی بر مبنای سناریو. علیرغم نقاط قوت قابل توجه در هر کدام از فنون شناسایی شده، هیچ کدام از فنون کامل و جامع نیستند و این فنون می توانند به وسیله دیگر فنون تکمیل شوند. برای دستیابی به راهبرد پابرجا این فنون به صورتی نظام مند با یکدیگر ترکیب شده اند. ترکیب این فنون توسط الگوسازی ساختاری تفسیری صورت گرفته است. روش نمونه گیری، هدفمندِ غیرتصادفی است. انتخاب نمونه آماری از میان خبرگان و متخصصین به گونه ای صورت گرفته است که صلاحیت آنان بر اساس هفت شاخص و جامعیت دیدگاه های مختلف از طریق پنج شاخص احراز شود. نتیجه پژوهش به صورت الگوی فرایندی تجویزی تنظیم و ترسیم شده است. این الگوی فرایندی، مسیر دستیابی به راهبرد پابرجا را به صورت گام به گام نشان می دهد. این الگو شامل پانزده فرایند فرعی است که توالی (تقدم و تاخر) آنها و همچنین ورودی، خروجی و بازخوردهای هر کدام از فرایندهای فرعی در این الگو مشخص شده اند.

ارزش آفرینی نام تجاری در روابط راهبردی تأمینکننده و واسطه
هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی نقش ارزش آفرینی نام تجاری در روابط راهبردی و بلندمدت تأمینکننده و واسطه ها به عنوان عناصر کلیدی شبکه کسب و کار می باشد. در شرایط رقابتی فعلی حفظ روابط بلند مدت و راهبردی بین عناصر کانال توزیع و تأمین کننده به منبع مزیت رقابتی تبدیل شده است، از سوی دیگر، نامتجاری منبع ارزشمندی برای اعضای کانال توزیع از جمله واسطهها می باشد؛ از اینرو ضروری است، تأمینکنندگان به منظور حفظ و ارتقای روابط خود با واسطه ها و حفظ ارزش نام تجاری خود در بین مشتریان زمینه های رضایتمندی واسطه ها از نام تجاری را مهیا سازند. این مطالعه عوامل موثر بر رضایتمندی واسطه (حمایت تأمینکننده، ارزش ویژه نام تجاری و انتظار مشتریان) و پیامدهای رضایتمندی واسطه (ادراک از عملکرد نام تجاری، اعتماد به تولیدکننده و تعهد به تولیدکننده) مورد بررسی قرار می دهد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق کلیه فروشندگان فروشگاههای خواروبار (سوپرمارکت) در سطح تهران می باشد که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای دو مرحله ای، 98 فروشگاه به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده است. با استفاده از پرسشنامه اطلاعات لازم گردآوری شده و برای تحلیل داده ها و آزمون فرضیه های تحقیق از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS) استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد حمایت تولیدکننده (مانند تبلیغات و تخفیفات) و انتظارات مشتریان رابطه معناداری با رضایت واسطه از نام تجاری دارند، که این رضایتمندی پیامدهای ادراک از عملکرد نام تجاری (مانند سوآوری و سطح فروش) و تعهد واسطه به نام تجاری ایجاد میکند.

اولویتبندی توانمندسازهای EFQM با استفاده از تکنیک QFD
امروزه دستیابی به بهبود مستمر و سرآمدی در همه ابعاد سازمان از جایگاه ویژهای برخوردار است؛ در این راستا، الگوی بنیاد اروپایی مدیریت کیفیت (EFQM) سازمان ها را در جهت حرکت به سمت سرآمدی کمک می کند. در این الگو توانمندسازها نقشی مهم و اساسی در حرکت سازمان به سمت سرآمدی دارند و اولویت بندی آنها برای جلب رضایت کارکنان از ارزش زیادی برخوردار است. هدف این پژوهش، اولویت بندی توانمندسازها مبتنی بر انتظارات کارکنان از مدیریت سازمان با استفاده از تکنیک گسترش کارکرد کیفیت (QFD) و مقایسه این اولویت بندی با روش معمول، یعنی بدون استفاده از QFD است. به این منظور، شرکت پلی اکریل ایران برای مطالعه موردی انتخاب شده است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که اولویت بندی توانمندسازهای EFQM قبل و بعد از استفاده از QFD متفاوت است. همچنین از دیگر نتایج حاصله میتوان به مواردی چون کاهش شکاف بین مدیریت و کارکنان، ایجاد جو مناسب برای توسعه روابطی مؤثر و هماهنگ بین مدیران و کارکنان، اولویت بندی مشخصه های عملکردی مدیریت سازمان بر اساس دیدگاه کارکنان و توسعه الگوی EFQM اشاره کرد.

تعیین اولویت راهبردی به منظور بهبود کیفیت خدمات مشتریان بانکی
بهبود کیفیت خدمات به دلیل نقشی که در افزایش رضایت مشتریان و سپس سودآوری سازمانها دارد از اهمیت روز افزاونی در مطالعات و تحقیقات برخوردار شده است. در این تحقیق سعی بر ارائه شاخص هایی برای اندازه گیری کیفیت خدمات بانکی و سپس تعیین اولویت شاخص ها برای بهبود بوده تا از این راه بانک ها بتوانند به اهداف افزایش رضایت مشتریان و سپس سودآوری نائل شوند. جامعه آماری این تحقیق مشتریان بانک های کشور بوده اند. دراین تحقیق از روش های آزمون فرض مقایسات میانگین دو جامعه مستقل ، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و سپس روش IPA برای تعیین اولویت اقدام در جهت بهبود شاخص ها و پاسخ به سؤالات تحقیق استفاده شده است. نتایج علاوه بر معرفی شاخص هایی برای اندازه گیری کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده به مشتریان بانکی ، نشان داد که 8 شاخص از میان 24 شاخص ارائه شده برای اندازه گیری کیفیت خدمات از نظر راهبردی در اولویت اقدام برای بهبود قرار داشته و برای همین بانکها باید برای بهبود آنها اقدامات لازم را انجام دهند.
