Competition in the banking industry is based on the ability of bank staff to deliver high quality customer service. Sales leaders often attribute the organization's success to its culture. A culture based on innovation, teamwork and empowerment. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to provide a model to identify the concept, causes and consequences of the sales force culture in Bank Mellat and then to quantify and validate it using Partial Least Squared (PLS) technique .In this study, using Grounded theory based on Strauss and Corbin's (1998) theory and conducting in-depth semi-structured interviews with 15 banking leaders and senior executives, the sales force culture model in Bank Mellat was extracted in 43 concepts, 8 subcategories and 4 main categories. Then, the research hypotheses were formulated and quantitatively tested at the branch level of Bank Mellat (with a sample size of 360) based on the process model and propositions obtained from the first stage. In 2nd part of the study, in addition to validating the model, all the hypotheses were confirmed.The results showed that the competitive environment and changes in business parameters had a positive and significant effect on sales force culture in Mellat Bank and its establishment has consequences for the bank, customers and staffs.

The field of neurotechnology has a bright future ahead of it due to its direct impact on human health and the various technological applications. Consequently, this field is of great importance to many developed countries. As far as we know, since most of the neurotechnologies are emerging technologies, there is no proper strategic analysis for this field in the country. The purpose of this study is to determine the technology readiness level (TRL) for the branches of neurotechnology and identify and prioritize the appropriate strategies by evaluating the current state of the country in the neurotechnology field. To achieve this goal, questionnaires are distributed among 40 experts in neuroscience and neural technologies. In the strategy prioritization and data analysis step, the SWOT matrix-based method is used; then, the weights of internal and external factors are determined. After performing a pairwise comparison for selecting the top 5 strategies, a quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) is used in order to rank the selected ones. The results indicate that Iran has the highest technology readiness level (level 6) in the brain-to-computer interfaces and the lowest technology readiness level (level 1) belongs to brain-to-brain interfaces. Finally, 5 top strategies which are weakness- opportunity (WO) strategies are determined.

The present time, the new market inside the country is considered as the simplest market development strategy. In this regard, the purpose of the present study is to investigate the barriers and strategies for developing the domestic market for products manufactured by the Haidan shoe industry. Based on the objective of the study, Grendard's theory (data base method) was used to analyze the data. The field of study is the members of the cooperative of shoe workers, and they have been gathered using deep interviewing methods and library of the required data and have used open coding, axial coding and selective coding for analysis. The results showed that the barriers to developing the internal market in the form of the final model were divided into four parts: causes, main phenomena, interventional factors, and outcomes. In the areas of causes, such as design, technology level, quality of raw materials and training, were the main obstacles to the development of the domestic market. The main cause in the lack of market development is related to the competitiveness of manufacturing products and the market development strategy. Also, interventional factors such as government financial and legal support, low education of production managers, and lack of research and development units are effective in limiting Haiday's shoes market. Accordingly, it is necessary for the cooperative members to adopt a strategy for improving the quality of products and the appropriate strategy for market development in order to overcome the existing barriers.

Problem and Objective: The trend of dissatisfaction of citizens about C.S.M (City Service Managing) is increasing, but participating of citizens in low and there is not a functional Theory of model for it. The objective of this survey is exploring the components and providing a model for C.S.M based on PLSD strategic approach. Methodology: in this grounded theory the members of target community was selected through two techniques: targeted sampling and criteria-based sampling. The number of sample society members is determined via saturation technique. The members were three groups: faculty members, municipality clients, municipality administrators. The data has been collected via interview. The descriptive, theory and interpretative validities and trust ability has been confirmed. Results: the 160 themes have been extracted and then Reduced and aggregated to 13 mail themes. These main Themes have been analyzed and lead to seven results. Based on these results two models - based on local community and citizen's group- have been provided.

Based on the statistics, the agriculture sector is responsible for consuming more than 90 percent of water in Iran. To date, the growing demand for water in the agriculture sector has largely been met by mining fossil groundwater resources. Indeed, about 90 percent of groundwater use belongs to the agriculture sector. This unsustainable trend cannot continue for a long time since groundwater resources are limited. So, decision-makers need doing some urgent, effective actions to handle this problem. The main objective of this study is understanding the underlying cause of the problem and evaluating suggested policies to address the crisis. The model is based on “tragedy of the commons” theory and tries to explain how farms attempts to maximize their profits turns to a serious threat for sustainability of groundwater resources. In the following, the model has been used to evaluate various strategies for avoiding the depletion of groundwater resources. For this purpose, “gap analysis” has been used. In gap analysis, the future under the present strategy is forecasted. Then, objectives or desired future is identified and the gap between the objectives and the future conditions under the current strategy is determined. Finally, new strategies which will help to close the gap will be designed. In the end, it is concluded that; (1) irrigation efficiency is the leverage point of the system and by increasing it from 40% to 45% we can significantly remedy the problem (2) no single solution can solve the crisis and several policies should be adopted simultaneously

The present research seeks to identify and prioritize improvement plans through organizational empowerment approach in Hormozgan Public organizations. Research in terms of purpose is developmental and applied, based on a hybrid method of exploratory type. In the first stage, the qualitative method is used and the research field is formed by the Hormozgan Public organizations. According to the adequacy of sampling and theoretical saturation, 23 experts were selected through targeted sampling and snowball and participated in the research. Data were collected by semi-structured interview and Theme Analysis method was used to analyze the data. In the qualitative section, a model was developed to identify organizational improvement plans in Hormozgan province's public organizations. Accordingly, 15 improvement plans were identified as a model implemented by a Public organization in Hormozgan province. In the second stage, with emphasis on quantitative method, the data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire from the supervisory board of the organization, which includes 52 senior managers, deputies, middle managers, heads and supervisors of the units. To measure the indexes and prioritize the plans were used respectively AHP and TOPSIS techniques in the fuzzy environment. The results show that among the extracted improvement plans, the plan "Establishment of Knowledge Management System" is considered as the most important plans for implementation. The electricity industry activities are the main cause of greenhouse gas emissions in Iran, so improving the environmental performance of thermal power plants is one of the main priorities of environmental experts of power plants and needs structural, organizational and strategic researches. Therefore, the present study has investigated the impact of environmental capabilities and strategies on improving the environmental, financial and operational performance of the Iran's thermal power plants. This research is applied in terms of descriptive method and hypothesis testing. All research data were collected by interviewing and questionnaire tools. The statistical population of the study includes all environmental experts of specialized company of thermal power plants of country and environmental experts of thermal power plants of the Iran. The census method was also used for sampling. The research results show that: 1. Environmental capabilities have a positive impact on environmental strategies. 2. Environmental strategies have a positive impact on improving financial, operational and environmental performance. 3. Environmental capabilities have positive impact on environmental, financial and operational performance through environmental strategies. The above results show that attention to environmental issues in thermal power plants not only improves the environmental performance of power plants, but also improves their operational and financial performance, so that the it is suggested to the top managers of power plants to strengthening environmental capabilities and adopting and applying environmental strategies to improve the environmental, financial and operational performance of power plants in addition of fulfilling their social responsibility.

Commercialization as a nonlinear and complex process requires the role of different actors and agents with different abilities. One of the mechanisms that has been used to facilitate the implementation and realization of knowledge-based economy policies and the commercialization of products in this field is 'technology market "Techno market" as a technology for guidance and monitoring of technology Exchanges. The aim research objective is to explain the role of knowledge in the market of technology commercialization through identifying and Foundation products ranking factors affecting commercialization technology platform in the market. In this study, by considering Delphi technique and the opinion of experts tried to achieve the technology of component dimensions and influencing the market in the context of technology Commercialization. After the identification of the agents, the questionnaire distributed among the population, the component identified by the exploratory factor analysis rating. The results of the exploratory factor analysis showed that among the 43 identified effective index in the commercialization of knowledge in the context of Foundation products after-market fan spin variables, eventually operating detected 9 that in the total percentage of the variance of the jurist manmodend 80.738. That "Technology marketing", "consulting and technology transfer" and legal supply and financial factors to rank order of the role of the market in technology commercialization is the founder of knowledge products.

During the 40 years after the Islamic Revolution, sustainable growth can be considered as one of the infrastructural affairs in the country, so that it can redouble the efforts of the whole affairs of the country in the direction of development. The purpose of this study is to survey how the military service of top graduates living abroad would be used for the development of the country. Therefore, by considering the intellectual capital of the country as a point of improvement and considering the higher education system of the country as a place to improve the intellectual capital of the country, it offers some strategic approaches in relation to the route of military service. Data collection was in the form of requesting written proposals in the first stage, along with a questionnaire including questions and other items were presented to the officials and their comments were requested in writing. If the answers were sufficient, improvement of the plan and conclusion based on the suggestions would be accepted. In holding a quasi-structured joint meeting (in the second stage), in case of no consensus, the executive plan was introduced and the plan was improved using the qualitative method and receiving the opinion of the officials, and the finalized executive model was presented. Factors such as discrimination, constructive interactions, and enforcement have been further explored. The paper explains the strategies for employing foreign higher education students for the scientific development of the Iran Vision 1404.

In today's competitive world, cities need for mentioning and Durability in competitive level, look at a city as a product makes it inevitable, Urban Branding is recognized as a new approach in the field of urban tourism. Urban brand is an important asset for introducing tourism destination, sustainable urban development and the distinction between cities.by creating a brand for the city, city position is defined as a place for stay, business and Tourism destination. The purpose is explanation the strategic pattern of urban branding in the tourism industry. The method of this research is an exploratory blend that is obtained conceptual model, through qualitative strategies and then through quantitative strategies fitted and analyzed. In the qualitative phase, the model framework was presented and validated by using the opinions of 22 experts and specialists and based on study resources then in the quantitative phase, with using a distributed questionnaire among 456 experts in the field of urban management, branding and tourism. Data analysis consists of three main operations: First, the description and preparation necessary data to test the hypotheses, then analyze the relationships between the variables, and finally compare the observed results with the results of the hypotheses are expected. Modern urban development strategies, urban modeling, domestic marketing, holding festivals and scientific events, developing tourism indicators, identifying and introducing urban attractions are effective in explaining urban branding strategies. Proportional urban branding provides a new level of quality in strategy, comprehensive relationships, creativity, diversity and flexibility.

With the expansion of the open innovation paradigm as the dominant paradigm in innovation management, the importance of knowledge absorption capacity has become more and more evident. The main purpose of the present research is to analyze the effect of knowledge absorption capacity on strategic innovation, while this study examines the role that competitiveness and strategic flexibility play in enhancing or weakening this relationship. The research method is quantitative and surveys based on a questionnaire. The statistical population of the research is small and medium enterprises of Iranian students who participated in the 7th International Exhibition of Innovation and Technology (INOTEX) in the summer of 2018, which is mostly up-to-date and includes 240 companies, which were selected randomly by 144 companies based on Cochran's formula. After assessing the validity and reliability of the collected data, using the Smart PLS software, the correlation matrix, structural equation test and fit model test were analyzed. Finally, it was found that knowledge absorption capacity is effective in strategic innovation. Also, strategic competitiveness and flexibility in the relationship between knowledge absorption capacity and strategic innovation play a moderating role. According to the results obtained, it can be seen that in the competitive world of today, organizations that have the ability to plan with a competitive approach and have strategic flexibility in creating adaptation to conditions at different times, they can better take the path of innovation.

The policy focuses on what the government is actually doing rather than merely proposing or intending to do, and separates the policy from a decision that is merely a special option among other options. The purpose of this study was to present a model of organizational policies for staff performance based on organizational justice at Payame Noor University. Accordingly, while reviewing the theoretical literature, the relevant variables and their scale, The general framework of the study was formed. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in nature. The participants of this study consisted of two parts. In the first part of the Grounded Theory (Interview with Experts), 15 policy and management experts as members The panel members were selected as members of the panel group through a homogeneous qualitative sampling method. In the second part of the research, 15 experts are employed to design the structural-interpretive model to answer the designed questionnaire. A researcher-made questionnaire was used for data collection. The results show that the themes of the research are 6 main variables of the research including: gender justice seeking, supportive view, empowering attitude, confidence building, ethical ethics and social commitment. After the themes were identified, the categories of analysis were defined. The way each theme encompasses categories.
