The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the changes in the productivity of commercial banks in Iran and to examine the factors affecting it. Malmquist index and data envelopment analysis were used to measure changes in the productivity, and to evaluate the factors affecting productivity, the multivariate regression was utilized. The research time-period consisted of an 8-year period ending in 2018. The sample consists of 10 operating banks in the banking industry of Tehran Stock Exchange. The Research findings show that indicate that in total (average of the periods under study) investigated units experienced a growth in productivity and this growth was due to their technical efficiency growth. On the other hand the findings, also, indicate a significant effect of size, the ratio of cost to income and competition in the market of bank deposits on the productivity. And these observed relationships were direct, indirect and direct respectively.

Policymaking in order to develop new science and technologies (S&T) requires a good perception of the current status based on the special situations in the country. Regenerative medicine as a new S&T field with its enormous impacts on health and its sizable and fast-growing market is not an exception. Thus, the aim of this article, is to propose some strategies to develop S&T in regenerative medicine in Iran that are aligned with the upstream documents for developing S&T. To achieve this goal, at the first step, SWOT analysis is applied using experts' comments to reach to some insights of the current situation and some proportional strategies from crossing strengths and weaknesses against threats and opportunities. These strategies seem to be the missing link of implementing the policies in the upstream documents. At the second step, institutional mapping is used according to the innovation system functions to determine roles and responsibilities of the related actors and institutions in order to perform these strategies in practice. Thus, strategies are presented in policymaking, regulatory, providing services, and facilitating contexts and the trustee instituations of each strategy are identified according to their functions in innovation system. This is considered as the first step towards implementing these strategies.

As technology changes and product life cycles decline, companies face increasing pressure on new product development. Therefore, organizations need new ways to develop their products to keep them at an acceptable level of success with their competitors. The present study investigates the role of transformational leadership in the development of new products with regard to the mediating role of strategic thinking. This research is a descriptive-correlational study and the statistical population of the study is limited society. About 1100 managers and experts of Kashan carpet industry were selected and the statistical sample consisted of 285 people was selected by available sampling method. The method of data collection was field survey and questionnaire measurement tool. Its validity was confirmed by content and face validity method and reliability of the measuring instrument was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha formula (0.942). Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling of LISREL software. The results of data analysis showed that the significant role of transformational leadership in strategic thinking and strategic role in new product development was confirmed but the role of transformational leadership in new product development was not confirmed.

Strategy implementation is one of the most important stages of strategic management. However, implementation is less than compiled. The purpose of this paper is to explain the applied model of strategy implementation in commercial banks, which includes identifying, prioritizing its effective variables, describing the process, how it is implemented and examining the implications and challenges of implementation. The research method is applied, result-oriented, descriptive, quantitative-qualitative. The research strategy in the qualitative part is the Grounded Theory and in the quantitative part, the Analytical Hierarchy Process. The qualitative analysis method is based on the Strauss and Corbin paradigm coding and in the quantitative part is based on pairwise comparisons and inconsistency rate analysis. The community, the commercial bank experts and the sample, comprises 46 managers and experts of 11 commercial banks (private and public). Sampling method is purposeful judgment with snowball technique and its tools in qualitative part of interview and document analysis and in quantitative part of questionnaire. As a result of the study, a model was designed in the form of 105 initial codes, 33 concepts and 5 main categories as causal variables, contextual, barriers (intervention), process and its consequences and design and validation (priority), Each is determined.

The purpose of this study is to model brand value creation in brand orientation with emphasis on service quality. The research method used in this research is exploratory mixed and qualitative-quantitative. For gathering information and analyzing data analysis, in the first phase (qualitative method), a grounded theory based approach utilizing the viewpoints of 15 masters and PhDs with marketing orientation of at least 5 years Has a background in consulting and working in the food service industry or has undertaken research in these fields as well as experts, experts, managers and activists of the food industry consisting of investors, shareholders and owners of food preparation and relying on study resources, model frameworks. The content was presented and analyzed in such a way as to identify the dimensions, components and indices using the coding method. Selected and refined, then the relationships between the variables were determined and finally the research model was presented. Then, in the second phase (quantitative method), the research sample in the statistical population of 384 customers and audiences of a food brand in food supply in Tehran (Persian Food Industries Group) was evaluated and evaluated using structural equation modeling. has taken. The results of the data analysis indicated that the hypotheses and the fitting of the research model were confirmed. According to the results of this study, branding or affiliation and brand preference can be influenced by the perceived value created through brand value creation, and value creation is also influenced by the quality of service received.

According to upstream documents in the Islamic Republic of Iran, the law is rooted in the Sharia, and the law of escaping is a manifest corruption in society. At the beginning of the fifth decade of the Islamic Revolution, 17 clauses of legislative policy were communicated to the three powers after the approval of the Expediency Council. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting law-making and analytical classification of legislative policies by meta-analysis and interpretation of research conducted on the one hand and categorization of general policies by content analysis. This study identifies some of the social, cultural, political and economic factors of law-abiding in Iran by using 14 authoritative scientific research articles in journals and in the second part by applying the legislative policies of the Supreme Leader to the category it pays them and arranges them in 12 categories. The results show that the need for laws, regulations, constitutions, circulars, and ratifications on Islamic law, constitution, and communicative policy are two categories of communicative policies that have received special attention.

A large group of development planners and policymakers know the tourism industry as a key pillar of sustainable development, effective on developing economic relations and consequently national development by identifying and planning proper tourism and diagnosing tourism opportunities and constraints and consequently the national and regional development and diversification of national and regional economy. The present study seeks to formulate and prioritize tourism development strategies in Khuzestan Province via an integrated approach of multi-criteria decision-making techniques in Fuzzy environment such as FDEMATEL and Fuzzy Network Analysis Process (FANP). In order to achieve this goal, the main question of the research is what strategies of tourism development in Khuzestan province and which strategy should be of top priority for the concerned managers? To answer this question, a comprehensive overview of the literature related to research has been used by 30 academic experts and officials in the field of tourism.The research results indicated that for obtaining tourism development of in Khuzestan Province, operationalization of priorities should be considered at the top of executive programs of the relevant managers: diversity strategy (ST) (with a weight score as 33.28%); offensive strategy (with a weight score as 26.43%); defensive strategy (WT) (with a weight score as 21.22%) and revision strategy (WO) (with a weight score as 17.19%). The results reveal the strengths and threats of the weaknesses and opportunities in tourism development of the province.

Organizational cynicism is one of the negative organizational behaviors that results from not having the necessary information in the organization. Organizational leaders play an important role in clarifying information and staff empowerment. Authentic leadership is one of the ethical leadership approaches that leads to improved employee empowerment and reduced organizational maladaptive perspectives. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of perceived authentic leadership on organizational cynicism by mediating structural empowerment in Pars Hayan employees. The research is descriptive-survey and the statistical population includes all the employees of Pars Hayan branch across the country with an estimated sample size of 200 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire whose reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability and its validity was confirmed by content validity and convergent and divergent validity. Structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach was used for data analysis by Smart PLS software. According to the study sample, the findings of the study showed that . Authentic leadership had a significant effect on structural empowerment and organizational cynicism, and structural empowerment had a significant effect on organizational cynicism. The mediating role of structural empowerment on the impact of perceived authentic leadership on organizational cynicism was also confirmed. In fact, it can be said that by promoting perceived structural empowerment and authentic leadership, the level of organizational cynicism in Pars Hayan Company decreases.

The aim of this study was Provide a model To Promotion Strategic Quality of training (Case study, applied science centers of Kurdistan province). The research method is quantitative-qualitative (mixed method). The statistical population in the qualitative section of the research was the managers, politicians, academics and professors familiar with the educational and qualitative issues in the field of higher education. On this basis, 18 experts from thes field were interviewed. In the quantitative part, wher all students of Kurdistan province, that Based on the Cochran sampling formula, 348 individuals were selected as samples. To collect data In the qualitative section Semi-structured interview And in the quantitative part Researcher-made questionnaire was used. To examine the components of the questionnaire from the opinion of masters and Cronbach Alpha was used to test the reliability of the questionnaires. To test the hypothesis of the research, t-test and structural equation modeling Lisrel 8.5 software was used. Based on the results of the interviews Qualitative indexes in higher education system were identified in 71 open source codes that were categorized into 4 core codes (field, input, process, and branding) and 11 groups. The results obtained in the quantitative part of the research also showed that the model indicated in the quantitative section was appropriate in terms of fitness indexes.
